During the evening of Sunday, 12 October 2025, one person was reportedly killed by alleged Israeli military fire in the Ma’an area, east of Khan Younis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
Local sources, including @PanlinfoAr and Hamla Kaddour, reported similar details of one person killed in the incident in Ma’an. However, no source provided further details regarding the circumstances of the event or the identity of the victim.
Due to the repetitive nature of the reporting, Airwars has classified this incident as a Single Source Claim with a weak civilian harm status, pending additional information. Multiple sources referred to Israeli army “fire” which has been taken to mean gunfire but this will be updated should further information come to light.

The generic coordinates provided by Airwars for Ma’an are inside the boundaries of the ‘Yellow Line’ officially published by the Israeli military on October 14, 2025.
