Shortly before 7:43 p.m. on October 17th, 2025, a woman was reportedly injured by an alleged Israeli gunfire from a quadcopter drone in the town of Abasan al-Jadida, east of Khan Younis in the Southern Gaza Strip.
Twitter/X account @PalinfoAr was the first to report the incident at 7:43 p.m., marking the information as “urgent.” None of the sources identified the injured women, but local media, including Shehab Agency, Al-Qastal News and Palestine Post, reported that a woman had been injured by gunfire from an Israeli drone. As the sources repeated the same information, this incident has been graded as a “single source claim” and “weak” until further information is found.
Where sources identified a belligerent, all attributed the incident to the Israeli military.
