At least 8 and as many as two dozen civilians were reported wounded in an alleged YPG attack on Azzaz, according to local media.
RFS published a video showing the aftermath of a bombing on the market, while other sources said that shops were hit. According to Smart News Agency, “nine civilians were wounded by a SDF rocket attack on a popular market in the city Azaz”.
Syria News said that dozens were wounded. It reported: “Dozens of people were injured on Saturday by a rocket attack by Kurdish fighters on the town of A’zaz in the Aleppo countryside controlled by the Free Army.”
“According to opposition sources and activists on social networking sites, the Kurdish fighters targeted the city with seven rockets landed on the vegetable market, which led to the injury of several people”.
Local Civil Defence said that nine civilians were wounded included one of their members. Baladi reported that two children and two members of the civil defence were among those injured.
The local time of the incident is unknown.
