Two civilians, including a female, were reported injured when an Israeli missile hit the Gaza Strip on August 5th 2022 in the evening.  The attack was reported to have happened east of Jabaliya, North Gaza District of the Gaza Strip when the IDF allegedly fired a missile at a Saraya Al-Quds observation post.

One Al-Quds militant, Mohammed Ahmed Abdel Fattah Al Madhoun, aged 25 to 26, was reportedly killed in this attack. In other posts he is also referred to as Muhammad Ahmad Nasrallah. Albawab added that Mohammed was a resident of Al-Nada Towers and Mondoweiss reported that he was a member of a family of eight and worked as a construction worker to support his family.

According to Palestinian Centre for Human Rights, another person and his daughter were also injured in this attack. A tweet from @HassanAbdAziz6 added that the two injuries were being treated at the Indonesian Hospital.

All of the sources that reported on the incident attributed the strike to Israeli forces.
