On May 13, 2023, Israeli airstrikes reportedly hit agricultural areas near the town of Abasan Al Kabira in the Southern Gaza Strip. According to available information, this resulted in two civilians sustaining minor injuries.
Regarding this event, Palestinian journalist posted on Twitter, “The occupation aircraft targeted a group of citizens, and a number of the injured were transferred in the Al-Zana area, northeast of the town of Abasan, east of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip, to the hospital.”
This account was corroborated by local outlets Saba TV and Shehab News Agency, as well as the Palestinian Information Center.
