Airwars assessment
On November 1st 2023, an undetermined number of injured civilians were taken to the Indonesian Hospital after a house was struck in an alleged Israeli attack near the Al Khalifa Mosque in the northern Gaza Strip.
According to a report from Shorouk News, the home was located in the Jabalia refugee camp.
At the time of writing, updates about the condition of the injured are not available. News outlets, including Shehab Agency, reported injuries but have not provided further information about the victims.
The civilian harm status as “fair” because although multiple sources repeated the information provided by Safa News Agency, a post shared by al-Ghadeer TV to Twitter/X shows two men being wheeled into a facility that appears to be a medical facility, on stretchers. This would suggest at least two pieces of unique content relating to the event.
Though no sources explicitly name a belligerent, strike status has been graded as “single source claim” and the belligerent tagged as the Israeli military, as sources repeat the language originally shared by the Shehab News Agency, writing that the “house was targeted…” – this language in the context of Gaza typically refers to actions by the Israeli military rather than militant misfires or other actions.
The incident occured around midnight.
