On November 7, 2023, two Israeli missiles allegedly hit the Khalaf house, belonging to the Noufal family, in the town of Al-Qarara, leading to “a large number of injuries.” The house was located near the Al-Qarara police station and opposite a UNRWA school; many of those injured were displaced people currently housed in the school. The injuries were reportedly taken to the Nasser Medical Complex.

Multiple sources mentioned that the Al-Qarara police station had been “targeted” in the attack. There was no further information available about the victims.

Where sources identified the belligerent, all sources attributed the strike to the Israeli military.
