On 9 November 2023, multiple sources reported four people were killed and a number of injuries resulted from an alleged Israeli airstrike on the home of the Abu Rahma family. The home was reportedly next to Hamad al-Hasanat Mosque to the west of (or in) al-Nuseirat refugee camp in central Gaza.

Shehab News agency, PalestineTV and others all reported four deaths in the airstrike but no names were given at the time. Multiple sources also reported a number of injuries as a result of the airstrike but no specific numbers were provided.

Where sources identified the belligerent, all sources attributed the strike to the Israeli Military.
