On Tuesday, March 18 2025, an alleged Israeli airstrike hit a house belonging to the Abu Sitta family in the Khawaldeh area of ​​Deir al-Balah, killing at least four people and injuring others.

The deceased and the injured were taken to al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital.
