A teenager or young man named Bilal Ali Washah was killed when the Israeli army allegedly shot him in his tent outside the yellow line on Al-Tina Street area, southwest of Khan Younis city during the morning of November 21, 2025.
The shooting was reported by multiple local sources including Palinfo and Hani Alshaer on Facebook. According to Ibrahim Qannan, Bilal was killed in his tent when “bullets pierced the tent’s flimsy walls” in the area also known as “Al-Maslakh.”
Mahmoud Al-Qassas mournfully announced the death of his wife’s brother Bilal and offered him prayers on Facebook. The post included an image of the young Bilal wearing sporting gear in a sandy area. Another family member, Mukhtar Abu Anwar Washah, posted images of what appears to be a memorial gathering for Bilal in an area surrounded by tents.
