According to Libya News, five civilians were wounded, ranging from medium to light injuries, following an aerial bombardment of a marine boat in Ras al-Helal, west of Derna. The attack completely destroyed the boat. The wounded were taken to Al-Huraish Hospital in the city. A medical source confirmed that the civilians were in a stable condition and that some of them had left the hospital.
