A strike in Pai Khel was part of one of the largest US drone attack on Pakistani soil as of 2010, striking multiple Taliban and al-Qaeda strongholds in north Waziristan, local and international media reported.

However, the casualties resulting from the last of the four linked strikes were unknown.

The other three strikes on February 2nd are described in Ob65, Ob66 and Ob67.
