On Sunday, April 3rd 2022, three civilians were killed and seven injured by alleged Russian shells hit the residential sector of the city of Dergachi in the Kharkiv region, eastern Ukraine.
Sources including Suspilne and Hromadske unanimously account for three civilians being killed and seven being injured in various degrees of severity. 2day.kh reported on the announcement by the mayor Dergachiv Vyacheslav Zadorenko who described the difficulties in providing humanitarian aid to the area due to the state of occupation. Moreover, according to Zadorenko, electricity and communication restoration could not be guaranteed because alleged Russian snipers were shooting at the workers.
The suspected attacker is alleged to be Russia, as reported by most of the sources including Suspilne, Lb.ua and Radiosvoboda.
