As part of an investigation into violations of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine), the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported on Telegram and Facebook that Russian forces fired a long-range missile at the city of Chuhuiv, resulting in damage to residential buildings and about 10 cars, in additional to an injury of one of the residents to their eye. The Kharkiv Human Rights Protection Group provided similar information on casualties and damage.
