One civilian was killed and up to three others were injured in alleged Russian shelling of Saltivka district of the city of Kharkiv the evening of April 27, 2022.
Oleksandr Skoryk, deputy of the Kharkiv Regional Council, told Espresso.tv that in Kharkiv there was one death and three wounded from shelling. The deputy also added that shelling occurred late in the evening in “the Kyiv region, in Saltivka and Oleksiivka.”
Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration posted on Telegram that Russian shelling in Kharkiv resulted in one person killed and three civilians injured, two of them in serious condition.
Director of the Center for Emergency Medical Assistance, Viktor Zabashta, told Suspilne News that Russian troops shelled Kharkiv after 5:00pm and according to local residents, Saltivka housing estates came under attack and part of the projectiles fell on the garage cooperative, resulting in the death of one person and the injury of two residents.
All of the sources that reported on the incident attributed the shelling to Russian forces.
