Al-Assel News Agency was among the earliest to report the incident on Facebook at 1:46 p.m. Alongside @Hebron Mix, the post reported that the gunfire originated from an Israeli machine gun mounted on a crane east of Gaza City. The injured civilian was identified by multiple sources as Iman al-Dahdouh, a resident of Tel al-Hawa.
