Al-Thawra Net/…
Four citizens were martyred this evening, Saturday, in an Israeli airstrike on the town of Mefdoun in southern Lebanon.
The Lebanese National News Agency reported that the Israeli enemy committed a massacre this evening in the town of Mefdoun, during which four citizens from the Souli family, originally from the town of Taybeh, were martyred. Enemy warplanes launched an airstrike on a house they were living in after leaving their hometown of Taybeh for Mefdoun. A young man from the Souli family, his brother, his wife, and their two children were martyred.
The agency added that Civil Defense teams, ambulance crews from the Student House and Nabatieh Ambulance, the Islamic Scout Association, the Red Cross, and the Islamic Health Authority worked to transport the bodies to Sheikh Ragheb Harb and Nabih Berri Governmental Hospitals in Nabatieh.
In the same context, the agency reported that enemy warplanes launched a heavy airstrike on Haret Hreik in the southern suburbs of Beirut.
Israeli warplanes also launched a second airstrike last night on Beirut's southern suburbs.
The Israeli enemy has escalated its criminal aggression against Lebanon, targeting Lebanese towns, villages, and cities, intensifying its raids in conjunction with the aggression waged by the US and the Zionist entity against Iran.
