سرلشکر محمد باقری به عنوان عالی‌ترین مقام نظامی ایران، در عین اقتدار و استطاعت، شخصیتی ساده‌زیست و متواضع بود و اعضای خانواده‌ی وی نیز از این فرهنگ متعالی و درخشان پیروی می‌کردند.
