​​​​​​​​The Director General of Ceremonies of the Leader's Office explained the details of Ayatollah Mojtaba Khamenei's injuries in the attack on the Leader's Residence.

Seyyed Mazaher Hosseini stated:
 On the way home, His Eminence Ayatollah Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei was hit by an explosion and fell to the ground; as a result of this incident, his ankle and back were slightly injured. Of course, the injury to his back has healed during this time and his ankle will also heal soon, he is in perfect health.
Last week, one of his loved ones met him, the issue that the enemies were raising about the injury to his forehead is nonsense and there is only a small crack behind his ear that is not visible despite the turban and has been treated; Therefore, he is in perfect health.

سید مظاهر حسینی عنوان کرد:
 حضرت آیت الله سید مجتبی حسینی خامنه‌ای در بین راه عزیمت به منزل دچار موج انفجار شدند و به زمین افتادند؛ در پی این اتفاق، مقداری کشکک پا و کمر ایشان دچار ضربه شد. البته آسیب وارد به کمر ایشان طی این مدت بهبود پیدا کرد و کشکک پا نیز  به زودی بهبود خواهد یافت، ایشان در سلامتی کامل هستند.
 هفته گذشته یکی از عزیزان با ایشان ملاقات کرد، موضوعی که دشمنان درباره آسیب به پیشانی ایشان مطرح می‌کردند، بی‌خود است و فقط یک تَرَک کوچک پشت گوش ایشان است که با وجود عمامه مشخص نیست و مداوا شده؛ لذا ایشان در سلامتی کامل به سر می‌برند.
