In the fourth part, my speech is directed to those who have been harmed in some way in these past few days; whether they have experienced the martyrdom of a loved one or loved ones; or those who have been injured, or those whose homes or businesses have been damaged. In this part, I first express my deep sympathy for the survivors of the esteemed martyrs. This is based on the common experience that I have with these noble people; apart from my father, whose loss has become a public matter, I have also left my dear and loyal wife, whom I had high hopes for, and my devoted sister, who had devoted herself to serving her parents and finally received her reward, as well as her young child, and my other sister's husband, who was a learned and honorable person, to the caravan of martyrs. But what makes patience in the face of adversity possible and even easy is paying attention to God's sure and certain promise of a great reward for the patient. Therefore, one must be patient and have hope and trust in the grace and protection of God Almighty.

در قسمت چهارم، روی سخن بنده با کسانی است که در این چند روز به نوعی آسیب دیده‌اند؛ چه آنان که داغ شهادت عزیز یا عزیزانی را تجربه کرده باشند؛ چه کسانی که دچار مجروحیّت شده باشند، و چه افرادی که به خانه و کاشانه یا محلّ کسب و کارشان صدمه وارد شده باشد. در این قسمت اوّلاً همدردی عمیق خود را با بازماندگان شهدای والامقام اعلام میدارم. این بر اساس تجربه‌ی مشترکی است که من با این بزرگواران دارم؛ به غیر از پدرم که داغ فقدان حضرتش امری عمومی شده، همسر عزیز و باوفایم را که امیدها به ایشان داشتم، و خواهر فداکارم که خود را وقف خدمت به والدینش کرده بود و عاقبت مزد خود را گرفت و همچنین طفل خردسالش را، و همسر خواهر دیگرم را که انسانی عالِم و شریف بود، به کاروان شهدا سپرده‌ام. امّا آنچه صبر بر مصائب را ممکن و حتّی آسان میسازد، توجّه به وعده‌ی حتمی و قطعی الهی بر اجری پُرارج برای صابران است. لذا باید صبر کرد و به لطف و دستگیری حضرت حق (جلّ و علا) امید و اعتماد داشت.
