The Israeli occupation forces continue their extensive military offensive on the Gaza Strip, persisting in destroying the foundations of life, disrupting humanitarian work, and emptying the North Gaza Governorate of its residents. They have escalated their bombardment from the air, land, and sea, targeting homes, shelters, and displaced persons' camps and tents without prior warning. They have committed mass killings and widespread destruction of homes, buildings, and infrastructure in the rest of the Strip's governorates, persisting in their genocide against Gaza. During the week covered by this report, our organizations documented the deaths of 369 Palestinians, including 50 children, 25 women, and two journalists, and the injury of hundreds more. These deaths resulted from attacks targeting 40 population centers, 37 homes, three shelters, two tents for displaced persons, and three vehicles. These figures represent only a portion of the total crimes our researchers were able to document. Many victims remain trapped under the rubble, and in some cases, it was impossible to accurately determine the number of martyrs, as well as the number of children and women among the victims. We must also acknowledge that dozens of other crimes have gone undocumented. The report identifies six key patterns that have characterized the Israeli military offensive: the continued occupation and perpetration of atrocities and crimes, including genocide and the policy of forced displacement in the North Gaza Governorate. This policy involves the forced relocation of residents from one residential area to another, repeated displacement orders, widespread destruction of homes, the bombing of several homes with their inhabitants inside, and the perpetration of mass killings. The occupation forces have further entrenched the separation of the North Gaza Governorate from the Gaza Governorate by establishing a checkpoint and barrier near the Civil Administration in North Gaza, where the identities of forcibly displaced persons are checked, and many are detained and arrested. Since October 23, ambulance and civil defense teams have continued to be prevented from operating in North Gaza, disregarding the resulting dangers. Rescue teams have repeatedly been unable to reach and recover the dead and evacuate the wounded, and Kamal Adwan Hospital and its surroundings have been repeatedly bombed. Starvation has been used as a weapon of killing and displacement, with tens of thousands in North Gaza still facing the threat of starvation due to the occupation forces' prevention of any aid from entering since the beginning of October. Israeli quadcopter drones dropped bombs on residential areas, killing and injuring many. A ground attack, accompanied by aerial and artillery bombardment, was launched northwest of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, destroying dozens of homes with their inhabitants inside. These events, particularly the crimes of forced displacement, destruction, and systematic arson, demonstrate the Israeli occupation forces' intention to subject Palestinians to living conditions designed to physically destroy them, either partially or completely. This constitutes a crime of genocide that has been ongoing since October 7, 2023, and is a continuation of the Israeli settler-colonial project's intent to erase the Palestinian presence since the establishment of the occupation state. In the context of documenting this ongoing genocide, our organizations present the findings of our field research team during the period from October 31 to November 6, 2024, as follows: On Thursday, October 31, 2024, the occupation forces bombed the Al-Shayma area north of Beit Lahia, in northern Gaza, with aircraft and artillery, while also launching flares over the area. Early this morning, Israeli occupation forces deployed quadcopters, ordering residents and displaced people in and around the Tel al-Zaatar and Tel al-Rabee schools in Beit Lahia to forcibly evacuate their homes and shelters. Many residents were forced to flee the area to other neighborhoods in the city. Throughout the morning, Israeli warplanes launched heavy airstrikes and fire attacks on various neighborhoods in Beit Lahia, resulting in numerous casualties. Israeli forces intensified their ground offensive in the Aslan and western roundabout areas of Beit Lahia, north of Gaza City, forcibly displacing residents and displaced people, detaining men, and ordering women and children to flee towards Gaza City. Israeli forces also burned several houses in the vicinity of the Abbas Kilani gas station. At approximately 7:00 AM, medical sources at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip, announced the death of 17-year-old Muhand Muhammad Abdul Karim al-Aidi, who succumbed to injuries sustained when Israeli forces targeted a civilian vehicle in the Maghazi refugee camp on Wednesday evening. An Israeli quadcopter dropped a bomb at approximately 7:30 AM on a group of residents in the Al-Mawasi area, west of Rafah, injuring one person. At approximately 9:00 AM, Israeli warplanes attacked and destroyed the home of the Al-Sane' family in the Al-Mufti area, north of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip. At approximately 9:20 AM, Israeli warplanes bombed the third floor of Kamal Adwan Hospital in the Beit Lahia project, north of Gaza City, injuring four staff members and destroying a warehouse containing medicines and medical supplies that had been received five days earlier from the World Health Organization. The bombing also damaged the desalination plant serving the dialysis unit, the engineering and maintenance department, and the hospital's water tanks. At approximately 12:30 PM, an Israeli drone targeted a group of residents at the Al-Sahaba roundabout, north of Gaza City, killing four and injuring others. At approximately 12:40 PM, Israeli warplanes attacked the home of the Abu Shamala family near the entrance to the new camp west of Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, killing three residents: Mahmoud Mazen Khamis Khadra, 31; Abdul Qader Ziad Abdul Qader Abu Shamala, 30; and Mohammed Issa Ziad Abu Shamala, 20. At approximately 1:10 PM, an Israeli drone targeted a group of residents and aid workers near the Bahloul intersection in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood of Gaza City, killing five and wounding others. At approximately 1:25 PM, Israeli warplanes bombed a gathering of residents near the Khalla station in Jabalia al-Nazla, killing two and wounding seven. At approximately 2:05 PM, an Israeli drone targeted a gathering of residents in the Ezbet Beit Hanoun area north of Gaza City, killing two and wounding others. At approximately 3:08 PM, an Israeli drone struck a gathering of residents in the Shati refugee camp west of Gaza City, killing one person, photojournalist Amr Nahed Abu Awda, and wounding others. At approximately 3:30 PM, Israeli warplanes bombed a four-story building belonging to the Ghandour family in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza. The building was destroyed, burying its residents and displaced people, estimated at around 120, most of whom were killed or remain missing under the rubble. At approximately 4:20 PM, Israeli forces bombed a gathering of residents in the Beit Lahia project, north of Gaza, killing one person, Karim Ibrahim Labad, and wounding two others. At approximately 4:00 PM, Israeli warplanes bombed a gathering of residents near the Shifa Tower west of Gaza City, killing two people. At approximately 5:40 PM, an Israeli drone fired a missile at two Palestinians riding a motorcycle near the entrance to the town of Al-Zawayda on the central Gaza Strip's coastline, killing them. The two men were identified as Salah Muhammad Misbah Hussein, 38, and Raafat Ibrahim Muhammad Yassin, 36. At approximately 6:45 PM, Israeli warplanes attacked the Daghmash family home in the Al-Sabra neighborhood, south of Gaza City, killing Qasim Zakaria Daghmash and his son Zakaria. His wife and four other children remain trapped under the rubble. Later that evening, an Israeli drone struck a gathering of residents in the Al-Sabra neighborhood, killing two more: Ahmed Muhammad Hamouda Daghmash and Majdi Rafiq Daghmash. At approximately 7:10 PM, Israeli warplanes bombed a house in the Al-Shanti area of Sheikh Radwan, north of Gaza City, killing four displaced residents from the Abdul Wahid family and injuring others. On Friday, November 1, 2024, Israeli warplanes dropped leaflets over the Jabalia al-Balad area early that morning, urging residents in shelters to evacuate to the south, claiming the area was a dangerous combat zone. Around 7:00 AM, Israeli forces launched a ground offensive on the northern and western outskirts of the New Camp, the Mufti area, the Malaysian School, and the vicinity of the electricity company north and northwest of the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip, under air cover from warplanes, helicopters, and drones. The ground offensive was accompanied by intense airstrikes and artillery shelling of populated homes. For several hours, Israeli forces demolished numerous houses and buildings, while drones fired on any moving object in the aforementioned areas. Around 9:30 AM, quadcopter drones dropped bombs on a group of residents near the Sheikh Radwan market in Gaza City, killing one and injuring others. At approximately 11:00 AM, an Israeli drone struck a car in the Al-Mawasi area, northwest of Khan Younis. The strike killed three Palestinians: Ezz El-Din Sami Shaaban Kassab, 35; Ayman Saleh Kayed Ayesh, 49; and his brother, Abdul Rahman, 30. Several others were wounded. Hamas announced that Kassab was a member of the National Relations Office and the Follow-Up Committee of National and Islamic Forces in the Gaza Strip, and that Ayman Ayesh was also a member of the Follow-Up Committee. At approximately 11:00 AM, Israeli military vehicles stationed near the electricity company north of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip fired a shell at the home of the Shehadeh family in Block 5 of the camp, killing three residents, including a child, and wounding others. The deceased were identified as Ibrahim Abdel-Hadi Muhammad Shehadeh, 57; Sameh Mufid Abdel-Hadi Shehadeh, 46; and Muhammad Ahed Ali Matar, 6. At approximately 12:00 PM, Israeli occupation forces stationed northwest of Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip fired a shell at a group of residents gathered in front of the Nuseirat Preparatory School in the New Camp area of the same camp. The attack killed 11 people, including a woman and two children, and wounded others. The martyrs are: Fatima Daoud Salman Al-Louh, 52; Maher Muhammad Jaber Al-Louh, 43; Muhammad Jaber Muhammad Al-Louh, 16; Muhammad Suleiman Mustafa Salama, 20; Mahdi Ismail Mahmoud Abdel-Aal, 53; Muhammad Mubarak Abdullah Mubarak, 35; Rami Bakr Hassan Al-Qara’a, 41; his son Abdullah, 13; Ismail Eid Ismail Matar, 38; Ibrahim Ismail Ahmed Al-Araj, 18; and Sami Abdullah Ramadan Mahdi, 47. At approximately 1:00 PM, an Israeli drone struck a group of residents in the Al-Mawasi area of Rafah, injuring three. At approximately 3:20 PM, an Israeli drone struck a gathering of residents near the Firas Market in Gaza City, killing journalist Bilal Rajab and injuring others. At approximately 3:25 PM, an Israeli drone struck a gathering of residents at the Khadoura Junction in the Beit Lahia project, north of Gaza, killing five and seriously injuring six others. At approximately 3:30 PM, an Israeli drone struck a group of residents in the Khirbet al-Adas neighborhood of Rafah, injuring one. At approximately 9:30 PM, an Israeli helicopter fired a missile at the home of the Nawfal family in Block 5 of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, killing a father, his two children, and another child, and injuring others. The martyrs are: Ahmed Marwan Muhammad Nawfal, 35 years old, and his two children, Anas, 5 years old, and Hour, 3 years old, and Ziad Tariq Ziad Al-Sheikh Ali, 3 years old. At approximately 7:15 PM, the occupation forces bombed the Al-Rafi'i School, which was sheltering displaced people in Jabalia, north of Gaza City, resulting in a number of martyrs and wounded. This evening, Israeli warplanes attacked a multi-story house belonging to the Shalil family in the Tel Al-Za'tar area of Jabalia, north of Gaza City, destroying it and killing its residents, including approximately 40 displaced people, among them women and children. Most of them were martyred, and others remain missing under the rubble. Among the martyrs identified are Mahmoud Shalil, his wife and their seven children, Sabreen Shalil and her five children, Maryam and Ashraf Shalil, the child Mays Mahmoud Shalil, Linda and Duaa Osama Shalil, and four siblings from the Salama family. On Saturday, November 2, 2024, at approximately 12:20 AM, Israeli warplanes attacked the home of the Al-Assar family in Block 5 of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip. The attack resulted in the deaths of 18 Palestinians, including 8 children, 5 women, and a freelance journalist, after the house was destroyed. A large number of neighboring homes were also damaged, and debris rained down on tents housing displaced people in the vicinity. Several other residents were injured, and some remain missing under the rubble. Early Saturday morning, medical and civil defense teams recovered the bodies of two women from the same area, which had been targeted in a ground attack on Friday in the Nuseirat camp. The women were identified as Ibtisam Ibrahim Muhammad Al-Babli, 57, and Fella Diab Abdul Qader Muqat, 31. Many injured people were evacuated, while the fate of many residents of the bombed homes remains unknown. Rescue teams recovered the bodies of four martyrs, including a woman, at approximately 8:30 AM from under the rubble of their homes, which were bombed by Israeli occupation forces on the northern and western outskirts of the New Camp, the Mufti's land, the Malaysian School, and the area surrounding the electricity company north and northwest of Nuseirat Camp in the Central Governorate. The martyrs are: Muhammad Shaaban Awad, 24 years old; Heba Khaled Khamis Siam, 21 years old; Yaqoub Sharif Hamad, 33 years old; and his brother Mahmoud, 22 years old. At approximately 5:00 PM, an Israeli drone attacked a gathering of residents at the entrance to Bureij Camp in the Central Governorate, killing six people, including a father and his child, and wounding others. The martyrs are: Ahmed Jamal Muhammad Nawfal, 31 years old; Tamer Raed Eid Sabra, 21 years old; Ahmed Ayman Ahmed Al-Jamal, 19 years old; Mahmoud Saad Mahmoud Foura, 35 years old; his son Saad, 13 years old; and Khaled Ashraf Muhammad Al-Jamal, 18 years old. At approximately 9:50 AM, Israeli occupation forces bombed a gathering of residents in the Beit Lahia project in northern Gaza, resulting in the martyrdom of two people and injuries to others. At approximately 10:15 AM, Israeli occupation forces bombed a gathering of residents in the Tel Al-Dahab area of Beit Lahia in northern Gaza, resulting in the martyrdom of six people. At approximately 2:20 PM, Israeli quadcopters dropped bombs on a group of residents behind the Sheikh Radwan Clinic in northern Gaza City, injuring three people. At approximately 1:10 PM, Israeli occupation forces bombed a gathering of residents near the Workers' Union in the Al-Safatawi neighborhood in northern Gaza, resulting in the martyrdom of three people. At approximately 2:25 PM, Israeli occupation forces bombed a gathering of residents near the Halima al-Sa'adiya School in Jabalia al-Nazla, north of Gaza City, killing one person and injuring others. At approximately 3:25 PM, Israeli quadcopters dropped bombs on a group of residents in the Beit Lahia project area, injuring several who were then transported to the medical point in the Beit Lahia market. At approximately 4:00 PM, Israeli forces intensified their ground offensive in the al-Atatra area, west of Beit Lahia, north of Gaza City, forcing hundreds of residents to flee the area. At approximately 7:30 PM, an Israeli drone bombed a group of residents in the al-Nasr neighborhood, northeast of Rafah, killing two. At approximately 11:35 PM, Israeli warplanes attacked the home of the Abu al-Awf family in the Tel al-Hawa neighborhood of Gaza City, killing several and injuring others. On Sunday, November 3, 2024, at approximately 2:30 AM, Israeli occupation forces bombed the home of the Warsh Agha family in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza, killing six family members, including three brothers and a child, and wounding others. The martyrs were: the child Ahmed Nidal Marzouq Baba, the brothers Ali, Saddam, and Shadi Jamal Warsh Agha, Shahda Qahman, and Ata Musa Aliyan. At approximately 5:45 AM, Israeli occupation forces bombed the home of the Najjar family in the Al-Jurn neighborhood, northern Gaza, killing three family members, including a mother, her son, and a child, and wounding others. Some family members remained trapped inside the house. The martyrs were: Amani Muhammad Deeb Najjar, 41 years old, her son Muhammad Bassam Najjar, and the child Tasneem Najjar. Medical sources at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah announced at approximately 6:00 AM the death of six-month-old Karam Ahmed Marwan Nawfal, who succumbed to injuries sustained when his home was targeted by an Israeli helicopter on Saturday evening in Block 5 of the Nuseirat refugee camp. Simultaneously, medical sources at the same hospital announced the death of 27-year-old Rawya Imad Ibrahim Abu Hamda, who died from injuries sustained when Israeli forces targeted several homes on Friday evening. These homes are located on the northern and western edges of the New Camp, near the Mufti's land, the Malaysian School, and the vicinity of the electricity company, north and northwest of the Nuseirat camp in the Central Governorate. Medical teams were able to recover a number of bodies and treat the wounded at the time. At approximately 7:00 AM, an Israeli drone struck a plot of land belonging to the Jarghoun family in the Tiba Zare' neighborhood, east of Rafah. The bombing resulted in injuries to two residents who were harvesting olives. The brother of the injured men, Samer Ali Muhammad Jarghoun, 46, arrived on a bicycle after receiving a call from one of them informing him that they had been targeted by an Israeli airstrike. He said another Israeli drone then fired a missile at him, killing him. At approximately 8:30 AM, rescue teams recovered the bodies of five martyrs, including two women and three children, from under the rubble of their homes, which were targeted by Israeli airstrikes on Friday evening. The targeted areas were in the northern and western outskirts of the New Camp, the Mufti area, the Malaysian School, and the vicinity of the electricity company, north and northwest of the Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip. At approximately 9:00 AM, an Israeli drone struck a group of residents in the Khirbet al-Adas neighborhood of Rafah, killing a woman and two children: Nadia Lotfi Aref Hammad (al-Sayed), 42, her son Firas Muhammad Hisham Hammad, 15, and her nephew Yasser Muhammad Lotfi al-Sayed, 15. At approximately 9:30 AM, another Israeli drone struck a group of residents in the Shaboura refugee camp in Rafah, killing one person, Issa Muhammad Eid Sheikh al-Eid, 56, and injuring another. At approximately 2:20 PM, an Israeli drone fired two missiles in quick succession at a group of residents in the vicinity of the Sheikh Nasser area south of Khan Younis. The attack killed eight residents, including a woman and four children, and injured others. The martyrs are: Mona Moussa Mohammed Al-Deiri, 43 years old; Ahmed Mahmoud Younis Masoud, 3 years old; his brother Baraa, 6 years old; Firas Ahmed Hassan Abu Taha, 8 years old; Waseem Mohammed Bashir Abu Taha, 9 years old; Mohammed Hosni Saadi Al-Ghaf, 43 years old; Uday Khaled Hussein Omran, 33 years old; and Mohammed Moussa Sheikh Al-Eid, 19 years old. At approximately 3:30 PM, Israeli occupation forces bombed the home of the Abu Nadi family in the Al-Touba area of Jabalia, northern Gaza, resulting in the martyrdom of five people, including four siblings, and injuring others. The martyrs are: Youssef, Nada, Islam, and Tasneem Mohammed Youssef Abu Nadi, and Nada Youssef Salem Abu Nadi. At approximately 5:45 PM, Israeli occupation forces bombed Kamal Adwan Hospital in the Beit Lahia project, targeting the children's dormitory and seriously injuring one child. The bombing also targeted the nursery, the hospital's roof and courtyard, and water tanks. The bombing occurred shortly after a World Health Organization delegation left after evacuating a number of wounded people. At approximately 8:30 PM, Israeli forces bombed the home of the Shaheen family near Abu al-Jidian roundabout in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza, destroying it and killing its residents. At approximately 9:10 PM, Israeli forces bombed the home of the Batsh family in the Tuffah neighborhood of Gaza City, destroying it and killing and wounding several residents. On Monday, November 4, 2024, at approximately 3:10 AM, an Israeli drone fired a missile at the home of the Nabaheen family in Block 2 of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, killing 30-year-old Basem Salim Farhan Nabaheen and wounding two others. At approximately 3:15 AM, an Israeli drone fired a missile at the home of the Qadouha family in Block C of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, killing Baraa Alaa Saber Qadouha, 28, and his wife, Roula Ayman Abdel Fattah Abu Shamla/Qadouha, 23. At approximately 11:30 AM, an Israeli helicopter attacked a group of residents near the Tanour intersection on Salah al-Din Street, east of Rafah. The attack killed three people and wounded others. At approximately 1:35 PM, Israeli forces bombed two homes belonging to the Abu Samra and Zaarab families on al-Hatabiya Street in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza, resulting in casualties. At approximately 5:45 PM, an Israeli drone fired on a group of residents in the Sheikh Radwan neighborhood, north of Gaza City, killing 14-year-old Mohammed Nidal Abu Zeina and wounding others. An Israeli drone struck a gathering of residents on Aida Street, west of Gaza City, at approximately 18:30, killing two of them. At approximately 6:35 PM, an Israeli quadcopter dropped bombs on the Gifted Students School, which was sheltering displaced people in Gaza City, injuring five. At approximately 7:30 PM, Israeli forces bombed the home of the infant's family in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza, destroying it and burying its residents under the rubble. On Tuesday, November 5, 2024, at approximately 12:40 AM, Israeli helicopters attacked a tent sheltering displaced people on Bilal Mosque Street, north of Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip. The attack killed two people and injured six others, one critically. Three adjacent tents were also destroyed. The two killed were Mustafa Abdel Salam Mustafa Hammad, 47, and Saed Ghazi Omar al-Babli, 35. At approximately 1:00 AM, an Israeli drone attacked a tent belonging to the Abu Khater family in the Armida area, east of Khan Younis, destroying the tent and injuring three of its residents: a father and his two daughters. At approximately 2:25 AM, Israeli warplanes attacked a home belonging to the Shurafa family on Old Gaza Street in the Tuffah neighborhood, east of Gaza City, killing a couple and their two children, and injuring two other children. The deceased were Bilal Khaled Shurafa, his wife Walaa Shurafa, and their children Khaled and Maria Bilal Shurafa. Their two injured children were Mohammed and Elias. This morning, Israeli warplanes dropped leaflets over Beit Lahia, ordering residents in homes and shelters to evacuate south towards Salah al-Din Street via the main Beit Lahia road. Hundreds were forced to flee their homes due to the bombardment and threats. The body of martyr Ahmed Mohammed Abu Aliyan, 24, arrived at the Gaza European Hospital in Khan Younis at approximately 9:00 AM, after he was targeted by Israeli occupation forces east of Rafah earlier today. At approximately 9:20 AM, an Israeli drone fired on a group of residents in the Al-Sanati area of Abasan Al-Kabira, east of Khan Younis, injuring several who were subsequently transferred to the Gaza European Hospital for treatment. At approximately 10:30 AM, an Israeli drone struck a tuk-tuk near Abbas Al-Aqqad School in the Khirbet Al-Adas neighborhood of Rafah. The strike resulted in the death of Rami Talat Suleiman Abu Ayada, 29, and seriously injured his brother. Medical sources at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah announced at approximately 11:00 that Ayman Jamil Ismail al-Baz, 41, died from wounds he sustained as a result of the targeting of the Nuseirat Martyrs School in the Nuseirat camp in the Central Governorate on the afternoon of Thursday, October 24, 2024, which resulted in the death of 18 residents, including 13 children and two women, among them his wife and three of his children. Medical sources at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip, announced at approximately 12:30 PM the death of 15-year-old Karam Adnan Musa Saidam, who succumbed to wounds sustained when his family's home in the New Camp of Nuseirat refugee camp was targeted on Friday evening, November 1, 2024. Two elderly people died at approximately 1:00 PM while being forcibly displaced following forced displacement orders issued by the Israeli occupation forces against residents of Beit Lahia that morning. Dozens were detained for hours before being allowed to proceed towards Gaza City after their identities were checked, and several were arrested. The body of 28-year-old Sharif Ghassan Hassan Abu Jabr arrived at approximately 3:00 PM after he was shot by Israeli occupation forces on the coastal strip northwest of Nuseirat refugee camp. His body was recovered from a UNDP vehicle and handed over to the Palestinian Red Crescent Society. At approximately 3:05 PM, Israeli warplanes attacked the home of the Salem family, located behind the Al-Fakhoura Clinic in the Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza, killing eight residents and wounding at least two others. The deceased were identified as Walid Muhammad Khamis Salem, his wife Khalidiya Ali Khamis Salem, their two sons, Nidaa and Mustafa, and Mustafa's wife, Hala Majed Salem (Al-Nahal). At approximately 3:10 PM, Israeli occupation forces stationed near the Wadi Gaza bridge on the coastal strip opened fire towards the Al-Nuwairi hill west of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, killing Muhammad Jumaa Abdullah Al-Nuwairi, 36, after he was shot in the head. At approximately 4:00 PM, an Israeli drone targeted a gathering of residents in the port area west of Gaza City, killing two and wounding others. Also at approximately 4:00 PM, Israeli forces bombed the home of the Saadallah family in Jabalia Al-Nazla, northern Gaza, killing Hiba Aziz Saadallah. Medical sources at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al-Balah, in the central Gaza Strip, announced at approximately 6:00 PM the death of Muhand Omar Salama Farajallah, 28, from wounds he sustained on Monday morning, November 4, 2024, when Israeli forces shelled a gathering of residents near Karamish Park, north of Nuseirat refugee camp. His 16-year-old brother, Youssef, was also killed in the shelling, and 11 others were wounded, some critically. At approximately 9:50 PM, Israeli warplanes attacked an apartment building on Yafa Street, east of Gaza City, killing two residents and wounding others. On Wednesday, November 6, 2024, at approximately 12:30 AM, an Israeli warplane attacked the home of the Abu Daqqa family in the Al-Fakhari area, southeast of Khan Younis, killing four residents, including two women and a child. The victims were identified as: Ansam Ahmed Abu Daqqa, 46; her daughter, Jinan Riyad Ali Abu Daqqa, 15; Hakim Ali Riyad Ali Abu Daqqa, 25; and his wife, Amna Muhammad Abu Daqqa, 20. At approximately 1:40 AM, Israeli warplanes attacked the home of the Zahd family in Block C of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, injuring six residents. Earlier that morning, Israeli forces bombed the home of the Al-Sayed family in the Al-Fakhura area of Jabalia, northern Gaza, killing 15 residents, including women and children. At approximately 6:00 AM, Israeli occupation forces intensified their ground offensive, reaching the western roundabout in Beit Lahia, amidst heavy gunfire and artillery shelling, while simultaneously demanding the forced displacement of residents. At approximately 8:10 AM, Israeli forces bombed the home of the family of detainee Naseem al-Radhi' in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza, killing his wife, Shuruq al-Radhi', and three of their children: Muhammad, Shaima, and Saba. At 8:20 AM, Israeli forces bombed the Halima al-Sa'adiya School in Jabalia al-Nazla, northern Gaza, resulting in casualties. At 8:40 AM, Israeli forces bombed the home of the Salman family in Beit Lahia, northern Gaza, destroying it and burying approximately 15 residents under the rubble. At approximately 10:00 AM, an Israeli drone targeted a group of residents in the Khirbet al-Adas neighborhood of Rafah, killing one of them, Saleh Eid Abu Labda, 22 years old. At approximately 2:50 PM, an Israeli drone struck a gathering of residents near Palestine Stadium in western Gaza City, killing four and injuring others. At approximately 5:50 PM, another Israeli drone struck a group of residents near Haifa Mosque in Tel al-Zaatar, north of Gaza City, killing five. At approximately 7:45 PM, Israeli warplanes attacked the home of the al-Sane' family in the al-Rahma neighborhood, west of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip, killing a father and his three children: Shadi Abdullah Ibrahim al-Sane', 40, and his children Hussam, 15, Malik, 13, and Batoul, 10. Seventeen others were injured in the attack, and several residents of the targeted house remain trapped under the rubble. Later that day, the bodies of two Palestinian martyrs, one of them a child, arrived at the Gaza European Hospital in Khan Younis. They had been targeted by Israeli forces near the al-Tanour intersection, east of Rafah, earlier that day. The two martyrs are: Shaker Iyad Muhammad Joudah, 17 years old, and Saeed Asaad Muhammad Shatta, 21 years old. As of the writing of this report, the occupying forces continue their military attacks across the Gaza Strip, by air, land, and sea, including those targeting displaced persons in areas they have declared safe and humanitarian zones. This results in further casualties and the destruction of buildings and infrastructure. The occupying forces continue to demolish and destroy homes, residential blocks, and private civilian properties in several locations where they are stationed. They also continue to prevent the delivery of food and medicine to civilians in the Gaza Strip, perpetuating the crime of using starvation as a weapon of war. The human rights organizations, the Palestinian Center for Human Rights, Al Mezan Center for Human Rights, and Al Haq Foundation, reiterate that Israel’s continued aggression and disregard for calls to halt the genocide in Gaza is a direct result of the impunity afforded by the United States and some Western countries. This impunity has allowed for the entrenchment of a policy of non-interference, as well as complicity and participation in grave violations against the Palestinian people through the continued supply of weapons and ammunition to the occupying forces and their ongoing political support. Our organizations affirm that the forced displacement of populations constitutes a war crime, and that international humanitarian law prohibits the forcible transfer or deportation of populations under occupation. In exceptional circumstances related to urgent military necessity, where temporary evacuation is permitted as a last resort or for the purpose of protecting civilians, the occupying power is required to guarantee the safe passage of civilians and their access to shelter, food, water, and healthcare. The occupying power is acting in direct contradiction to these obligations, using the displacement of populations in the Gaza Strip as a tool of genocide. Civilians face the risk of being killed and tortured during displacement and are left without any assistance in areas that the occupying forces continue to bombard relentlessly. Accordingly, our organizations call upon third-party states to uphold their legal responsibilities, end the impunity of the occupying power, hold its officials accountable for committing war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide, and take immediate action to halt the supply of weapons and ammunition to Israel. The three organizations call upon the international community to take urgent and effective action to compel the occupying power to cease its genocide, impose an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, and force it to comply with the International Court of Justice's rulings imposing provisional measures to prevent and halt the commission of genocide. The three organizations also urge the International Criminal Court to expedite its investigations and issue arrest warrants for Israeli leaders implicated in war crimes, crimes against humanity, and the most serious crime of genocide. The three organizations also call on the countries of the world to take immediate action to end the Israeli occupation of the occupied Palestinian territory, in accordance with the International Court of Justice’s advisory opinion that the occupation is illegal, and not to recognize any of the facts it imposes on the ground and to work to remove its effects.

تواصل قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي هجومها العسكري الواسع على قطاع غزة، وتستمر في تدمير مقومات الحياة وتعطيل العمل الإنساني وتفريغ محافظة شمال غزة من سكانها، وتصعيد القصف عبر الجو والبر والبحر، واستهداف المنازل ومراكز الإيواء وتجمعات النازحين وخيامهم دون إنذار مسبق، وارتكاب جرائم قتل جماعي، وتدمير واسع النطاق للمنازل والمباني والبنى التحتية، في باقي محافظات القطاع، في إصرار على مواصلة جريمة الإبادة الجماعية في غزة.



وخلال الأسبوع الذي يغطيه التقرير، وثقت مؤسساتنا استشهاد 369 فلسطينيًّا، بينهم 50 طفلا و25 سيدة، وصحفيان، وإصابة مئات آخرين، جراء استهداف 40 تجمعًا للسكان، و37 منزلاً، و3 مراكز إيواء وخيمتين للنازحين، و3 مركبات. وتمثل هذه المعطيات جزءًا من نتائج مجمل الجرائم التي تمكن باحثونا من توثيقها، ولا يزال هناك العديد من الضحايا تحت الأنقاض يصعب حصرهم، فيما تعذر في بعض الحالات الحصر الدقيق لعدد الشهداء وكذلك عدد الأطفال والنساء بين الضحايا، مع التأكيد على وجود عشرات الجرائم الأخرى التي لم نتمكن من توثيقها.



ويظهر التقرير ستة نماذج أساسية شكلت نمطاً للهجوم العسكري الإسرائيلي، وهي:




استمرار الاحتلال ارتكاب الفظائع والجرائم بما فيها جريمة الإبادة وسياسة تهجير السكان في محافظة شمال غزة، حيث تجري عملية تفريغ السكان من مربع سكني إلى آخر، مع تكرار أوامر التهجير، وتدمير واسع للمنازل وقصف عدد منها على رؤوس ساكنيها واقتراف جرائم القتل الجماعي.



ترسيخ فصل قوات الاحتلال محافظة شمال غزة عن محافظة غزة، من خلال إقامة حاجز ونقطة تفتيش قرب الإدارة المدنية شمال غزة، ويجري فيها التدقيق في هويات النازحين قسرا واحتجاز واعتقال العديد منهم.



مواصلة منع طواقم الإسعاف والدفاع المدني من العمل شمال غزة منذ 23 أكتوبر/تشرين أول الجاري، وتجاهل المخاطر الناجمة عن ذلك، حيث تكرر تعذر وصول طواقم الإسعاف والإنقاذ لانتشال شهداء وإجلاء جرحى مع تكرار قصف مستشفى كمال عدوان ومحيطه.



استخدام التجويع كسلاح للقتل والتهجير، حيث لا يزال عشرات الآلاف في شمال غزة يواجهون خطر الموت جوعًا نتيجة منع قوات الاحتلال إدخال أي مساعدات منذ بداية شهر أكتوبر الماضي.



إلقاء طائرات الكواد كابتر الإسرائيلية قنابل تجاه التجمعات السكنية والتسبب في قتل وإصابة العديد منهم.



تنفيذ هجوم بري مع قصف جوي ومدفعي شمال غربي مخيم النصيرات في المحافظة الوسطى، دمرت خلاله عشرات الوحدات السكنية على رؤوس ساكنيها.




وتدلل هذه الأحداث، ولاسيما جرائم التهجير القسري والتدمير والحرق الممنهج على نوايا قوات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي إخضاع الفلسطينيين والفلسطينيات لظروف معيشية يراد منها تدميرهم المادي كلياً أو جزئيا، في إطار جريمة الإبادة الجماعية المتواصلة منذ 7 أكتوبر 2023 وفي استمرار لنوايا الاستعمار الاستيطاني الاسرائيلي محو الوجود الفلسطيني منذ قيام دولة الاحتلال.



وفي سياق توثيق جريمة الإبادة الجماعية واستمرارها، تعرض مؤسساتنا ما تمكن فريق البحث الميداني من رصده خلال الفترة من 31 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول – 6 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني 2024 على النحو الآتي:



الخميس، 31 أكتوبر/ تشرين الأول 2024



قصفت قوات الاحتلال فجر اليوم الخميس عبر طائراتها ومدفعيتها منطقة الشيماء شمال بيت لاهيا، شمال غزة، مع إطلاق قنابل إنارة في سماء المنطقة. وفي وقت مبكر صباحًا، أرسلت قوات الاحتلال طائرات كواد كابتر تأمر السكان والنازحين في مدرستي تل الزعتر وتل الربيع ومحيطها بمدينة بيت لاهيا بإخلاء منازلهم ومراكز الإيواء قسرًا. واضطر العديد من السكان للنزوح من المنطقة باتجاه أحياء أخرى في المدينة.



كما شنت طائرات الاحتلال غارات عنيفة وأحزمة نارية طوال فترة الصباح على أحياء مختلفة في بيت لاهيا، ما أدى إلى إيقاع أعداد من الشهداء والجرحى.



وعمقت قوات الاحتلال هجومها البري في منطقة اصلان والدوار الغربي في بيت لاهيا شمال غزة، وأجبرت السكان والنازحين على الإخلاء القسري، واحتجزت الرجال وأمرت النساء والأطفال بالنزوح باتجاه مدينة غزة. كما أحرقت قوات الاحتلال العديد من المنازل في محيط محطة عباس كيلاني.



أعلنت المصادر الطبية في مستشفى شهداء الأقصى بمدينة دير البلح بالمحافظة الوسطى، عند حوالي الساعة 07:00، عن استشهاد الطفل مهند محمد عبد الكريم العايدي، 17 عاما، متأثرا بإصابته جراء استهداف الاحتلال سيارة مدنية بمخيم المغازي مساء يوم الأربعاء.



أطلقت طائرة كواد كابتر إسرائيلية، قنبلة عند حوالي الساعة 07:30 تجاه مجموعة من السكان في منطقة المواصي غرب مدينة رفح، ما أدى إلى إصابة أحدهم.



هاجم الطيران الحربي الإسرائيلي، عند حوالي الساعة 09:00، منزلا لعائلة الصانع في أرض المفتي شمال مخيم النصيرات بالمحافظة الوسطى، ما أدى إلى تدميره.



قصفت طائرات الاحتلال عند حوالي الساعة 09:20 الطابق الثالث في مستشفى كمال عدوان في مشروع بيت لاهيا شمال غزة، ما أدى إلى إصابة 4 من العاملين، وإحراق مخزن الأدوية والمستلزمات الطبية والتي تم استلامها قبل 5 أيام من منظمة الصحة العالمية. وطال القصف محطة التحلية الخاصة بقسم غسيل الكلى وقسم الهندسة والصيانة وخزانات المياه في المستشفى.



قصفت طائرة إسرائيلية مسيرة، عند حوالي الساعة 12:30، مجموعة من السكان، على دوار الصحابة شمال مدينة غزة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد 4 منهم وإصابة آخرين.



هاجم الطيران الحربي الإسرائيلي، عند حوالي الساعة 12:40، منزلا لعائلة أبو شمالة قرب مدخل المخيم الجديد غرب مخيم النصيرات بالمحافظة الوسطى، ما أدى إلى استشهاد ثلاثة من سكانه، هم: محمود مازن خميس خضرة، 31 عاما، وعبد القادر زياد عبد القادر أبو شمالة، 30 عاما، ومحمد عيسى زياد أبو شمالة، 20 عاما.



قصفت طائرة إسرائيلية مسيرة عند حوالي الساعة 13:10 مجموعة من السكان وعناصر تأمين المساعدات، في محيط مفترق بهلول بحي الشيخ رضوان في مدينة غزة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد 5 منهم، وإصابة آخرين.



قصفت طائرات الاحتلال عند حوالي الساعة 13:25 تجمعًا للسكان بالقرب من محطة خلة في جباليا النزلة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد اثنين منهم وإصابة 7 آخرين.



قصفت طائرة إسرائيلية مسيرة عند حوالي الساعة 14:05 تجمعًا للسكان في منطقة عزبة بيت حانون شمال غزة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد اثنين منهم وإصابة آخرين.



قصفت طائرة إسرائيلية مسيرة، عند حوالي الساعة 15:08، تجمعا للسكان في مخيم الشاطئ غرب مدينة غزة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد أحدهم وهو المصور الصحفي عمرو ناهض أبو عودة وإصابة آخرين بجروح.



قصفت طائرات الاحتلال عند حوالي الساعة 15:30 منزلا مكونا من 4 طوابق لعائلة الغندور في مخيم جباليا شمال غزة. ما أدى إلى تدميره على رؤوس سكانه والنازحين فيه، ويقدر عددهم بنحو 120 فردًا، حيث استشهد أغلبهم وفقدوا تحت الأنقاض.



قصفت قوات الاحتلال عند حوالي الساعة 16:20 تجمعا للسكان في مشروع بيت لاهيا، شمال غزة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد أحدهم، وهو كريم إبراهيم لبد، وإصابة اثنين آخرين.



قصفت طائرات الاحتلال عند حوالي الساعة 16:00 تجمعًا للسكان في محيط برج الشفاء غربي مدينة غزة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد اثنين منهم.



استهدفت طائرة إسرائيلية مسيرة عند حوالي الساعة 17:40، بصاروخ فلسطينيين اثنين كانا يستقلان دراجة نارية قرب مدخل بلدة الزوايدة على الشريط الساحلي بالمحافظة الوسطى، ما أدى إلى استشهادهما وهما: صلاح محمد مصباح حسين، 38 عاما، ورأفت إبراهيم محمد ياسين، 36 عاما.



هاجم الطيران الحربي الإسرائيلي، عند حوالي الساعة 18:45 منزلا لعائلة دغمش، في حي الصبرة جنوب مدينة غزة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد قاسم زكريا دغمش، وطفله زكريا، ولا تزال الزوجة وأربعة من أطفالها تحت الأنقاض.



كما قصفت طائرة إسرائيلية مسيرة، مساء اليوم، تجمعًا للسكان في حي الصبرة، جنوب مدينة غزة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد اثنين منهم، هما: أحمد محمد حمودة دغمش، ومجدي رفيق دغمش.



قصفت طائرات الاحتلال عند حوالي الساعة 19:10، منزلا في أرض الشنطي بالشيخ رضوان شمالي مدينة غزة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد 4 من السكان النازحين فيه من عائلة عبد الواحد وإصابة آخرين.



الجمعة، 1 نوفمبر/ تشرين الثاني 2024



ألقت طائرات الاحتلال في وقت مبكر صباح اليوم الجمعة، منشورات على منطقة جباليا البلد وطالبت الموجودين في مراكز الإيواء بالإخلاء إلى الجنوب بدعوى أن المنطقة هي منطقة قتال خطيرة.



نفذت قوات الاحتلال عند حوالي الساعة 07:00، هجومًا بريًّا في الأطراف الشمالية والغربية للمخيم الجديد وأرض المفتي والمدرسة الماليزية ومحيط شركة الكهرباء شمال وشمال غرب مخيم النصيرات بالمحافظة الوسطى، تحت غطاء جوي من الطائرات الحربية والمروحية والمسيرة. رافق الهجوم البري، تنفيذ الطيران الحربي الإسرائيلي غارات عنيفة جدا بالتزامن مع قصف مدفعي تجاه منازل مأهولة بالسكان. وعلى مدار ساعات نسفت تلك القوات العديد من المنازل السكنية والمباني، فيما كانت الطائرات المسيرة تطلق النار على أي جسم متحرك في المناطق المذكورة أعلاه.



ألقت طائرات كواد كابتر عند حوالي الساعة 09:30، قنابل على مجموعة من السكان في محيط سوق الشيخ رضوان في مدينة غزة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد أحدهم وإصابة آخرين.



قصفت طائرة إسرائيلية مسيرة، عند حوالي الساعة 11:00 سيارة في منطقة المواصي شمال غرب خان يونس. أسفر القصف عن استشهاد 3 فلسطينيين وهم:‏ عز الدين سامي شعبان كساب، 35 عاما، وأيمن صالح كايد عايش، 49 عاما‏، وشقيقه عبد الرحمن، 30 عاما‏، واصيب آخرون بجراح مختلفة. وأعلنت حماس، أن كساب، هو عضو مكتب العلاقات الوطنية وعضو لجنة المتابعة للقوى الوطنية والإسلامية في قطاع غزة، وأن أيمن عايش عضو في لجنة المتابعة أيضًا.



أطلقت آليات الاحتلال الإسرائيلي المتمركزة في محيط شركة الكهرباء شمال مخيم النصيرات بالمحافظة الوسطى، عند حوالي الساعة 11:00، قذيفة تجاه منزل لعائلة شحادة في بلوك 5 بالمخيم، ما أدى إلى استشهاد ثلاثة من سكانه، أحدهم طفل، وإصابة آخرين بجروح. والشهداء هم: إبراهيم عبد الهادي محمد شحادة، 57 عاما، وسامح مفيد عبد الهادي شحادة، 46 عاما، ومحمد عاهد على مطر، 6 سنوات.



وعند حوالي الساعة 12:00، أطلقت آليات الاحتلال المتمركزة شمال غرب مخيم النصيرات بالمحافظة الوسطى، قذيفة استهدفت تجمعًا للسكان أمام مدرسة النصيرات الإعدادية بالمخيم الجديد في المخيم نفسه، ما أدى إلى استشهاد 11 منهم، بينهم سيدة وطفلان، وإصابة آخرين بجروح. والشهداء هم: فاطمة داوود سلمان اللوح، 52 عاما، وماهر محمد جابر اللوح، 43 عاما، ومحمد جابر محمد اللوح، 16 عاما، ومحمد سليمان مصطفى سلامة، 20 عاما، ومهدي إسماعيل محمود عبد العال، 53 عاما، ومحمد مبارك عبد الله مبارك، 35 عاما، ورامي بكر حسن القرعة، 41 عاما، ونجله عبد الله، 13 عاما، وإسماعيل عيد إسماعيل مطر، 38 عاما، وإبراهيم إسماعيل أحمد الأعرج، 18 عاما، وسامي عبد الله رمضان مهدي، 47 عاما.



قصفت طائرة إسرائيلية مسيرة عند حوالي الساعة 13:00 مجموعة من السكان في منطقة المواصي في مدينة رفح، ما أدى إلى إصابة 3 منهم.



قصفت طائرة إسرائيلية مسيرة عند حوالي الساعة 15:20 تجمعًا للسكان، محيط سوق فراس بمدينة غزة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد الصحفي بلال رجب وإصابة آخرين.



قصفت طائرة إسرائيلية مسيرة عند حوالي الساعة 15:25 تجمعًا للسكان، عند مفترق خضورة في مشروع بيت لاهيا، شمال غزة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد 5 وإصابة 6 آخرين بجروح خطيرة.



قصفت طائرة إسرائيلية مسيرة عند حوالي الساعة 15:30 مجموعة من السكان في حي خربة العدس في مدينة رفح، ما أدى إلى إصابة أحدهم.



هاجم الطيران المروحي الإسرائيلي عند حوالي الساعة 21:30، بصاروخ منزلا لعائلة نوفل في بلوك 5 بمخيم النصيرات بالمحافظة الوسطى، ما أدى إلى استشهاد أب وطفليه وطفل آخر، وإصابة آخرين بجروح. والشهداء هم: أحمد مروان محمد نوفل، 35 عاما، وطفليه أنس، 5 سنوات، وحور، 3 سنوات، وزياد طارق زياد الشيخ علي، 3 سنوات.



قصفت قوات الاحتلال عند حوالي الساعة 19:15 مدرسة الرافعي التي تأوي نازحين في جباليا البلد شمال غزة، ما أدى إلى عدد من الشهداء والجرحى.



وهاجم الطيران الحربي الإسرائيلي، مساء اليوم، منزلا لعائلة شلايل مكون من عدة طبقات في منطقة تل الزعتر في جباليا شمال غزة، ما أدى إلى تدميره على ساكنيه وبينهم نازحون، وعددهم نحو 40 فردًا، بينهم نساء وأطفال، ما أدى إلى استشهاد غالبيتهم وفقدوا تحت الأنقاض. وقد عرف من الشهداء، محمود شلايل وزوجته وأبنائهما السبعة، وصابرين شلايل وأبنائها الخمسة، ومريم وأشرف شلايل، والطفلة ميس محمود شلايل، ولندا ودعاء أسامة شلايل، و4 أشقاء من عائلة سلامة.



السبت، 2 نوفمبر/ تشرين ثان 2024



هاجم الطيران الحربي الإسرائيلي عند حوالي الساعة 00:20، منزلا لعائلة العصار في بلوك 5 بمخيم النصيرات بالمحافظة الوسطى، ما أدى إلى استشهاد 18 فلسطينيا، بينهم 8 أطفال و5 سيدات، وصحفي حر، بعد تدمير المنزل على رؤوسهم وتضرر عدد كبير من المنازل المجاورة، وتطاير الركام على خيام للنازحين مقامة في محيط المنزل. كما أصيب عدد آخر من السكان، ولا يزال آخرون مفقودون تحت الأنقاض.



انتشلت الطواقم الطبية وطواقم الدفاع المدني في وقت مبكر صباح اليوم السبت، جثماني سيدتين من المنطقة التي شهدت يوم الجمعة هجومًا بريًّا في مخيم النصيرات في المحافظة الوسطى، هما: ابتسام إبراهيم محمد البابلي، 57 عاما، وفلة دياب عبد القادر مقاط، 31 عاما، وأجلت العديد من المصابين، فيما لا يزال مصير العديد من سكان المنازل التي تعرضت للقصف مجهولاً.



تمكنت طواقم الإسعاف من انتشال جثامين 4 شهداء من بينهم سيدة، عند حوالي الساعة 08:30، من أسفل ركام منازلهم التي قصفتها قوات الاحتلال على الأطراف الشمالية والغربية للمخيم الجديد وأرض المفتي والمدرسة الماليزية ومحيط شركة الكهرباء شمال وشمال غرب مخيم النصيرات بالمحافظة الوسطى. والشهداء هم: محمد شعبان عوض، 24 عاما، وهبه خالد خميس صيام، 21 عاما، ويعقوب شريف حمد، 33 عاما، وشقيقه محمود، 22عاما.

قصفت قوات الاحتلال عند حوالي الساعة 05:45 منزلا لعائلة النجار في حي الجرن شمال غزة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد ثلاثة منهم، بينهم أم وابنها، وطفلة، وإصابة آخرين، ولا يزال آخرون محاصرون داخل المنزل. والشهداء: أماني محمد ديب النجار، 41 عاما، وابنها محمد بسام النجار، والطفلة تسنيم النجار.



أعلنت المصادر الطبية في مستشفى شهداء الأقصى في مدينة دير البلح، عند حوالي الساعة 06:00، عن استشهاد الطفل الرضيع كرم أحمد مروان نوفل، 6 أشهر، متأثرا بجراحه التي أصيب بها جراء استهداف منزلهم من الطيران المروحي الإسرائيلي مساء أمس السبت في بلوك 5 بمخيم النصيرات.



وفي وقت متزامن أعلنت المصادر الطبية في مستشفى شهداء الأقصى بمدينة دير البلح بالمحافظة الوسطى، عن استشهاد السيدة راوية عماد إبراهيم أبو حامدة، 27 عاما، متأثرة بجراحها التي أصيب بها جراء استهداف قوات الاحتلال عدة منازل مساء الجمعة، الواقعة على الأطراف الشمالية والغربية للمخيم الجديد وأرض المفتي والمدرسة الماليزية ومحيط شركة الكهرباء شمال وشمال غرب مخيم النصيرات من المحافظة الوسطى، وقد استطاعت الطواقم الطبية انتشال عدد من الشهداء والإصابات في حينه.



قصفت طائرة مسيرة إسرائيلية، عند حوالي الساعة 07:00 قطعة أرض لعائلة جرغون في حي تبة زارع شرق مدينة رفح. أسفر القصف عن إصابة اثنين من السكان بجراح متفاوتة أثناء قطفهم لثمار الزيتون، وفور وصول شقيق المصابين، سامر علي محمد جرغون، 46 عاما، على دراجة هوائية إليهما بعد تلقيه اتصال من أحدهما أخبره فيه أنهما تعرضا للقصف من طائرة إسرائيلية أطلقت طائرة مسيرة إسرائيلية أخرى صاروخا تجاهه ما أدى إلى استشهاده.



تمكنت طواقم الإسعاف من انتشال جثامين 5 شهداء، من بينهم سيدتان و3 أطفال، عند حوالي الساعة 08:30، من أسفل ركام منازلهم التي استهدفها القصف الإسرائيلي مساء يوم الجمعة الماضية، في الأطراف الشمالية والغربية للمخيم الجديد وأرض المفتي والمدرسة الماليزية ومحيط شركة الكهرباء شمال وشمال غرب مخيم النصيرات بالمحافظة الوسطى.

هاجمت طائرة مسيرة اسرائيلية عند حوالي الساعة 14:20 بصاروخين متتاليين، مجموعة من السكان في محيط منطقة الشيخ ناصر جنوب خان يونس. أسفر القصف عن استشهاد 8 من السكان، بينهم امرأة و4 أطفال، وإصابة آخرين بجروح. والشهداء هم: منى موسى محمد الديري، 43 عاما، وأحمد محمود يونس مسعود، 3 سنوات، وشقيقه براء، 6 سنوات، وفراس احمد حسن أبو طه، 8 سنوات، ووسيم محمد بشير ابو طه، 9 سنوات، ومحمد حسني سعدي الغف، 43 عاما، وعدي خالد حسين عمران، 33 عاما، ومحمد موسى شيخ العيد، 19 عاما.



قصفت قوات الاحتلال عند حوالي الساعة 15:30 منزلا لعائلة أبو نادي في منطقة التوبة في جباليا شمال غزة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد 5 شهداء بينهم 4 أشقاء، وإصابة آخرين. والشهداء هم: يوسف وندى وإسلام وتسنيم محمد يوسف أبو نادي، وندي يوسف سالم أبو نادي.



قصفت قوات الاحتلال عند حوالي الساعة 17:45 مستشفى كمال عدوان في مشروع بيت لاهيا، واستهدف طابق مبيت الأطفال ما أدى إلى إصابة أحدهم بجروح خطيرة. واستهدف القصف حضانة الأطفال، وسطح المستشفى وساحته وخزنات المياه. وجاء القصف بعد قليل من مغادرة وفد من منظمة الصحة العالمية عمل على إجلاء عدد من الجرحى.

هاجمت طائرة إسرائيلية مسيرة عند حوالي الساعة 03:15، بصاروخ منزلا لعائلة قدوحة في بلوك C بمخيم النصيرات بالمحافظة الوسطى، ما أدى إلى استشهاد الشاب براء علاء صابر قدوحة، 28 عاما، وزوجته رولا أيمن عبد الفتاح أبو شملة/قدوحة، 23 عاما.

هاجم الطيران المروحي الإسرائيلي عند حوالي الساعة 00:40، خيمة تأوي نازحين تقع في شارع مسجد بلال شمال مدينة دير البلح بالمحافظة الوسطى، ما أدى إلى استشهاد اثنين منهم وإصابة 6 آخرين وصفت جراح أحدهم بالخطيرة، كما أدت عملية القصف إلى تدمير 3 خيام مجاورة للخيمة المستهدفة. الشهيدان هما: مصطفى عبد السلام مصطفى حماد، 47 عاما، وسائد غازي عمر البابلي، 35 عاما.



هاجمت طائرة مسيرة اسرائيلية عند حوالي الساعة 01:00 خيمة لآل ابو خاطر في منطقة ارميضة شرق خان يونس، ما أدى الى تدمير الخيمة وإصابة 3 من سكانها هم أب وابنتيه بجروح.

وألقت طائرات الاحتلال صباح اليوم منشورات على بيت لاهيا، تطالب السكان في المنازل ومراكز الإيواء بالإخلاء جنوبا باتجاه شارع صلاح الدين عبر شارع بيت لاهيا العام. واضطر المئات إلى النزوح قسرًا تحت وطأة القصف والتهديد.



وصل جثمان الشهيد أحمد محمد أبو عليان، 24 عاما، عند حوالي الساعة 09:00 إلى مستشفى غزة الأوروبي في مدينة خان يونس جراء استهدافه من قبل قوات الاحتلال شرق مدينة رفح في وقت سابق اليوم.



أطلقت طائرة إسرائيلية مسيرة عند حوالي الساعة 09:20 النار تجاه مجموعة من السكان في منطقة السناطي في بلدة عبسان الكبيرة شرق خان يونس، ما أدى إلى إصابة عدد منهم بجراح مختلفة نقلوا إثرها إلى مستشفى غزة الأوروبي لتلقي العلاج.



قصفت طائرة مسيرة إسرائيلية عند حوالي الساعة 10:30 تكتك قرب مدرسة عباس العقاد في حي خربة العدس في مدينة رفح. أسفر القصف عن استشهاد الشاب رامي طلعت سليمان أبو عيادة، 29 عاما، وإصابة شقيقه بجراح خطيرة.



أعلنت المصادر الطبية في مستشفى شهداء الأقصى في دير البلح، عند حوالي الساعة 11:00، عن استشهاد أيمن جميل إسماعيل الباز، 41 عاما، متأثرا بجراحه التي أصيب بها جراء استهداف مدرسة شهداء النصيرات بمخيم النصيرات بالمحافظة الوسطى، ظهر يوم الخميس الموافق 24 أكتوبر/تشرين الأول 2024، والذي أسفر في حينه عن استشهاد 18 من السكان، بينهم 13 طفل وسيدتان، من بينهم زوجته وثلاثة من أطفاله.



أعلنت المصادر الطبية في مستشفى شهداء الأقصى بمدينة دير البلح بالمحافظة الوسطى، عند حوالي الساعة 12:30، عن استشهاد الطفل كرم عدنان موسى صيدم، 15 عاما، متأثرا بجراحه التي أصيب بها جراء استهداف منزل العائلة بالمخيم الجديد بمخيم النصيرات مساء الجمعة 1 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني 2024.



توفي مسنان عند حوالي الساعة 13:00 أثناء نزوحهما القسري بعد أوامر التهجير القسري التي أصدرتها قوات الاحتلال للسكان في بيت لاهيا صباح اليوم، حيث جرى احتجاز العشرات لساعات قبل أن يسمح بمروهم باتجاه مدينة غزة بعد التدقيق في هوياتهم ة واعتقال عدد منهم.



وصل جثمان الشهيد شريف غسان حسن أبو جبر، 28 عاما، عند حوالي الساعة 15:00، بعدما أطلقت قوات الاحتلال النار تجاهه على الشريط الساحلي شمال غرب مخيم النصيرات، وانتشل جثمانه من سيارة تابعة للأمم المتحدة UNDP، سلمته لإسعاف جمعية الهلال الأحمر الفلسطيني.



هاجم الطيران الحربي الإسرائيلي، عند حوالي الساعة 15:05 منزلا لعائلة سالم، خلف عيادة الفاخورة بمخيم جباليا شمال غزة، ما أدى إلى استشهاد 8 من سكانه وإصابة اثنين على الأقل بجروح. عرف من الشهداء: وليد محمد خميس سالم، وزوجته خالدية علي خميس سالم، وابنيهما: نداء ومصطفى وزوجته حلا ماجد سالم (النحال).



فتحت قوات الاحتلال الاسرائيلي المتمركزة في محيط جسر وادي غزة على الشريط الساحلي النار عند حوالي الساعة 15:10، تجاه تبة النويري غرب مخيم النصيرات بالمحافظة الوسطى، ما أدى إلى استشهاد محمد جمعة عبد الله النويري، 36 عاما، بعد إصابته بعيار ناري في الرأس.

أعلنت المصادر الطبية في مستشفى شهداء الأقصى بمدينة دير البلح بالمحافظة الوسطى، عند حوالي الساعة 18:00، عن استشهاد مهند عمر سلامة فرج الله، 28 عاما، متأثرا بجراحه التي أصيب بها صباح يوم الاثنين 4 نوفمبر/تشرين الثاني 2024، جراء قصف مدفعي من قوات الاحتلال على تجمع للسكان قرب منتزه كراميش شمال مخيم النصيرات، ما أدى في حينه لاستشهاد شقيقه يوسف 16 عاما، وإصابة 11 آخرين وصفت جراح عدد منهم بالخطيرة.

هاجمت طائرة حربية إسرائيلية عند حوالي الساعة 00:30 من فجر الأربعاء منزلا لعائلة أبو دقة في منطقة الفخاري جنوب شرق خان يونس، ما أدى إلى استشهاد 4 من سكانه منهم امرأتان وطفلة، وهم: أنسام أحمد أبو دقة، 46 عاما، وابنتها الطفلة جنان رياض علي أبو دقة، 15 عاما، والحكيم علي رياض علي أبو دقة، 25 عاما، وزوجته أمنية محمد أبو دقة، 20 عاما.

هاجم الطيران الحربي الإسرائيلي عند حوالي الساعة 19:45، منزلا لعائلة الصانع الواقع بحي الرحمة غرب مخيم النصيرات بالمحافظة الوسطى، ما أدى لاستشهاد أب وأطفاله الثلاثة وهم: شادي عبد الله إبراهيم الصانع، 40 عام، وأطفاله حسام 15 عام، ومالك 13 عام، وبتول 10 سنوات. كما أصيب جراء عملية القصف 17 آخرين، ولا يزال عدد من سكان المنزل المستهدف تحت الأنقاض.



خلال هذا اليوم، وصل جثمانا شهيدين فلسطينيين أحدهما طفل إلى مستشفى غزة الأوروبي في مدينة خان يونس جراء استهدافهما من قوات الاحتلال قرب مفترق التنور، شرق مدينة رفح في وقت سابق اليوم. والشهيدان هما: شاكر إياد محمد جودة، 17 عاما، وسعيد أسعد محمد شطة، 21 عاما.



وحتى إعداد هذا التقرير، تواصل قوات الاحتلال هجماتها العسكرية على مختلف أرجاء قطاع غزة، عبر الجو والبر والبحر، بما في ذلك من نزحوا إلى المناطق التي أعلنتها مناطق آمنة وإنسانية، ما يُوقع مزيداً من الضحايا ويتسبب في تدمير المباني والبنى التحتية. وتواصل قوات الاحتلال نسف وتدمير المنازل ومربعات سكنية وأعيان مدنية خاصة في عدة مواقع تتمركز فيها. كما تواصل منع إمدادات الغذاء والدواء عن المدنيين في قطاع غزة، في استمرار لجريمة استخدام التجويع كسلاح من أسلحة الحرب.



تجدد مؤسسات حقوق الإنسان، المركز الفلسطيني، ومركز الميزان، ومؤسسة الحق، تأكيدها أن استمرار إسرائيل في عدوانها وتجاهلها المطالبات بوقف جريمة الإبادة الجماعية في غزة، هو نتيجة الحصانة التي توفرها الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وبعض الدول الغربية، والتي سمحت بتكريس سياسة الإفلات من العقاب، فضلاً عن التواطؤ والمشاركة في الانتهاكات الخطيرة بحق الشعب الفلسطيني من خلال مواصلة تزويد قوات الاحتلال بالسلاح والذخائر واستمرار دعمها السياسي.



وتؤكد مؤسساتنا أن تهجير السكان قسرًا يرقى إلى جريمة حرب، وأن القانون الدولي الإنساني يحظر النقل أو الترحيل القسري للسكان الخاضعين للاحتلال. وفي الحالات الاستثنائية المتعلقة بالضرورة العسكرية الملحة التي يسمح فيها بالإخلاء المؤقت كإجراء أخير، أو بهدف حماية المدنيين، يتطلب من قوات الاحتلال ضمان نقل المدنيين بأمان، وحصولهم على المأوى والغذاء والماء والرعاية الصحية، وهو أمر تمارس قوات الاحتلال نقيضه، وتستخدم تهجير السكان في قطاع غزة كوسيلة من وسائل الإبادة الجماعية، حيث يواجه المدنيون خطر القتل والتنكيل أثناء التهجير، ويُتركون بلا أي مساعدات في أماكن تُواصل قوات الاحتلال قصفها دون توقف.



وبناءً عليه، تطالب المؤسسات الدول الأطراف الثالثة بالالتزام بمسؤوليتها القانونية ووضع حد لحصانة دولة الاحتلال، ومحاسبة مسؤوليها عن ارتكاب جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية وجريمة الإبادة الجماعية واتخاذ قرارات فورية بوقف تزويد إسرائيل بالسلاح والذخيرة. وتطالب المؤسسات الثلاث المجتمع الدولي بالتحرك العاجل والفعال لإجبار دولة الاحتلال على وقف جريمة الإبادة الجماعية، وفرض وقف إطلاق نار فوري في قطاع غزة، وإلزامها بالامتثال لقرارات محكمة العدل الدولية التي فرضت تدابير مؤقتة لمنع ووقف ارتكاب جريمة الإبادة الجماعية.



وتدعو المؤسسات الثلاث المحكمة الجنائية الدولية إلى الإسراع في تحقيقاتها وإصدار مذكرات اعتقال بحق الضالعين في جرائم الحرب والجرائم ضد الإنسانية والجريمة الأخطر جريمة الإبادة الجماعية من القادة الاسرائيليين.



كما تدعو المؤسسات الثلاث دول العالم على اتخاذ إجراءات فورية لإنهاء الاحتلال الإسرائيلي للأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة تطبيقاً لرأي محكمة العدل الدولية الاستشاري بعدم شرعية الاحتلال، وعدم الاعتراف بأي من الوقائع التي يفرضها على الأرض والعمل على إزالة آثارها.
