Baghdad, April 8 (Petra) – The Iraqi Ministry of Interior announced early Wednesday morning that two civilians were killed when a projectile struck a residential building in the Al-Amiriya district, west of Baghdad.

In a statement, the ministry stressed that its security forces are on full alert and that it will not allow any attempt to destabilize security and stability, and will continue to enforce the law and protect citizens.

بغداد 8 نيسان (بترا)- أعلنت وزارة الداخلية العراقية، فجر الأربعاء،
مقتل مدنيَّين اثنين جراء سقوط مقذوف على منزل سكني في منطقة العامرية،
غربي العاصمة بغداد.
وشددت الوزارة في بيان، على أن قطعاتها الأمنية في حالة استنفار تام،
وأنها لن تسمح بأي محاولة لزعزعة الأمن والاستقرار، وستبقى ماضية بفرض
القانون وحماية المواطنين.
