In another incident east of Deir ez-Zor, the SDF launched a large-scale raid yesterday in the al-Latwa neighborhood of Dhiban, supported by drones. The raid targeted a number of civilian homes, and local sources reported that it resulted in the deaths of Ghanem al-Sabouh and his son, Ma'moun, in addition to the arrest of more than ten other people.

The sources stated that the detainees were transferred, along with the bodies of the two victims, to the al-Omar oil field base. They also indicated that the SDF used explosive devices to break down doors during the raids, causing panic and fear among the women and children in the neighborhood.

وفي حادثة أخرى شرق دير الزور، شنت قوات "قسد" حملة مداهمات واسعة أمس في حي اللطوة ببلدة ذيبان، بمساندة طيران مسيّر، حيث استهدفت عدداً من منازل المدنيين وأفادت مصادر محلية أن الحملة أسفرت عن مقتل المواطن غنام الصبوح وابنه مأمون، إضافة إلى اعتقال أكثر من عشرة أشخاص آخرين.


وذكرت المصادر أن المعتقلين نُقلوا مع جثتي القتيلين إلى قاعدة حقل العمر النفطي كما أشارت إلى أن "قسد" استخدمت عبوات ناسفة لخلع أبواب المنازل أثناء المداهمات، ما تسبب بحالة من الهلع والخوف في صفوف النساء والأطفال داخل الحي.
