The cultural complex of Lamerd’s amphitheater hall was damaged and shut down due to the missile attack by criminal America.
According to a reporter from Iran Theatre News Agency in Fars Province, following the missile attack by criminal America on a residential township in Lamerd, the city’s amphitheater—located adjacent to the affected residential area—sustained serious damage due to the impact of projectiles. The destruction caused by the attack has led to the closure of this cultural venue.
In recent years, Lamerd’s amphitheater had hosted rehearsals and performances by theater groups. With its closure, performing groups have suffered significant setbacks in their productions. It is hoped that, with the support of cultural authorities in the province and those committed to the arts, the venue will return to hosting theatrical works.

According to local theater activists in Lamerd, the hall was one of the most important artistic spaces in the county, serving as a venue for stage performances, artistic gatherings, and educational programs. Its closure has created serious difficulties for many local artists.

The Lamerd amphitheater had been inaugurated in 1400 (2021) following efforts by local theater activists and with the support of the Lamerd municipality.

به گزارش خبرنگار ایران تئاتر در استان فارس، در پی حمله موشکی آمریکای جنایتکار به یک شهرک مسکونی در لامرد، سالن آمفی‌تئاتر این شهر که در مجاورت شهرک مسکونی مذکور قرار داشته است، در اثر اصابت پرتابه‌های دشمن دچار آسیب‌های جدی شده و خرابی‌های ناشی از این حمله موجب تعطیلی این مجموعه فرهنگی شده است.
سالن آمفی تئاتر شهر لامرد طی سال‌های اخیر میزبان تمرینات و اجراهای گروه‌های نمایشی بوده و با توجه به تعطیلی آن، گروه نمایشی برای تولیدات خود دچار لطمه جدی هستند. امید است با حمایت و همراهی متولیان فرهنگ و هنر استان و نیز دلسوزان این عرصه مجددا به چرخه میزبانی از آثار نمایشی بازگردد.
به گفته فعالان هنر نمایش در شهرستان لامرد، این سالن به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین فضاهای هنری شهرستان، محل برگزاری اجراهای نمایشی، نشست‌های هنری و برنامه‌های آموزشی بوده و تعطیلی آن بسیاری از هنرمندان محلی را با مشکل مواجه کرده است.
سالن آمفی تاتر لامرد با پیگیری‌های فعالان نمایش شهرستان و حمایت شهرداری لامرد در سال ۱۴۰۰ راه اندازی شده بود.
