Israeli media reported on Sunday that two Israelis were injured by shrapnel from an Iranian drone strike on a building in the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi.

The Israeli newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth reported that an Israeli woman and her son were injured by shrapnel from a drone strike that targeted a building in Abu Dhabi where Israelis reside.

The newspaper did not specify the nature of the injuries or the full extent of the damage.

Meanwhile, the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation reported that an Iranian drone struck an apartment building inhabited by Israelis in Abu Dhabi, resulting in injuries and material damage, without specifying the extent of the damage.

There was no immediate comment from Emirati officials or media regarding the incident.

تحدث إعلام عبري، الأحد، عن إصابة إسرائيليين اثنين بشظايا ناجمة عن غارة نفذتها مسيرة إيرانية على مبنى في العاصمة الإماراتية أبو ظبي.

وقالت صحيفة "يديعوت أحرونوت" العبرية الخاصة، إن سيدة إسرائيلية وابنها أُصيبا بجروح جراء شظايا ناجمة عن غارة بطائرة مسيّرة استهدفت مبنى في أبوظبي يقيم فيه إسرائيليون.

ولم تشر الصحيفة إلى طبيعة الإصابات وحجم الأضرار بشكل كامل.

فيما أفادت هيئة البث الإسرائيلية، بأن طائرة مسيّرة إيرانية أصابت شقة يقطنها إسرائيليون في أبوظبي، ما أسفر عن وقوع إصابات وأضرار مادية في الموقع، دون تحديدها.
