Hezbollah bids farewell to Secretary General Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah's shield, the martyr Abu Ali Khalil, and his son Mahdi. Hezbollah and the resistance movement today bid farewell to the martyrs Hussein Salem Khalil and his son Mahdi Hussein Khalil at the Jannat al-Zahra cemetery in al-Kafa'at. Political, parliamentary, and religious figures, along with activists and a large crowd of local residents, participated in the funeral procession, chanting slogans condemning America and the Israeli entity and expressing support for the resistance. The funeral procession departed from the Imam al-Askari Complex and proceeded to the Jannat al-Zahra cemetery, where the honoring ceremonies began. A group of mujahideen carried the two coffins, draped in the Hezbollah flag, to the accompaniment of the Martyrdom Anthem played by the Imam al-Mahdi Scouts band. The coffin bearers advanced to the main platform in front of the Hezbollah flag. The Lebanese national anthem and the Hezbollah anthem were played, followed by a military unit from the resistance reciting the oath and pledge to the martyrs on the path of jihad and resistance. Fadlallah added that the martyrs' blood was not shed to leave their cause vulnerable to pressure or threats, emphasizing that the sons of the resistance will continue on their path regardless of the pressures and threats they face, and that they will not fear or tremble before the conspiracies of countries attempting to undermine them. Fadlallah condemned the ongoing aggression against Gaza and the lack of international accountability for the Israeli entity, considering that the new options being proposed aim to empower the enemy, not the Lebanese state. He concluded by saying that the resistance is the symbol of Lebanon's dignity, and that unless the aggression is brought under control, there can be no talk of peace that violates the rights of the Lebanese, kills their people, and confiscates their land, warning against those who "destroy their own homes with their own hands."
