More than 150 Palestinians were killed and wounded on Thursday evening in a new massacre perpetrated by the Israeli occupation forces in Al-Hawja Street in Jabalia refugee camp, northern Gaza Strip. The attack involved the bombing of a residential block, burying its inhabitants alive. This comes as the Israeli occupation continues its tight siege on Jabalia, Beit Lahia, and Beit Hanoun in the northern Gaza Strip for the third week, exacerbating the humanitarian crisis and worsening famine and thirst.

The Gaza Civil Defense stated in a press release that there were "a large number of martyrs and wounded in a major massacre committed by the Israeli occupation against civilians, who were killed when 11 houses in Block 7 of the Al-Hawja area in Jabalia refugee camp, northern Gaza Strip, were blown up."

They added that "the occupation forces bombed a residential block in the area, and residents are calling for help to go to the scene to assist in evacuating the wounded."

استشهد وأصيب أكثر من 150 مواطنا فلسطينيا، مساء الخميس، في مجزرة جديدة ارتكبها الاحتلال بشارع الهوجا في مخيم جباليا شمالي قطاع غزة، بعد قصفه مربعا سكنيا على رؤوس ساكنيه، في وقت يواصل حصاره المشدد على جباليا وبيت لاهيا وبيت حانون شمال القطاع للأسبوع الثالث، وسط أزمة إنسانية وتفاقم المجاعة والعطش.

وقال الدفاع المدني بغزة، في تصريح صحفي، إن هناك "عدد كبير من الشهداء والمصابين في مجزرة كبيرة يرتكبها الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بحق المواطنين بتفجيره 11 منزلا في "بلوك 7" بمنطقة الهوجا في مخيم جباليا شمال قطاع غزة".

وأضاف أن "الاحتلال قصف مربعا سكنيا في المنطقة والمواطنون يوجهون نداءات استغاثة للتوجه إلى المكان للمساعدة في نقل الجرحى" .
