The Israeli army assassinated an aid team in Gaza on Monday night, including a Briton, a Pole, and an Australian, according to the Government Media Office in the Gaza Strip.

Army Radio quoted Israeli military sources as saying: "It appears that the staff members of the World Central Kitchen organization were indeed killed as a result of an Israeli attack. We are continuing to investigate the incident."

An Israeli airstrike targeted a vehicle belonging to World Central Kitchen in Deir al-Balah, killing six foreigners and their Palestinian driver, according to the Gaza Government Media Office. The office stated that the Israeli forces had "assassinated a foreign team of British, Polish, and Australian nationalities."

The statement confirmed that "the Israeli raid on the foreign team in Deir al-Balah resulted in the death of their Palestinian driver."

The factions added: "As we mourn the martyrs of humanitarian duty, the friends of the Palestinian people working at the World Central Kitchen, we offer our condolences to their families and loved ones, and we consider these martyrs to be martyrs of the Palestinian people."

The factions stated: "In the face of this crime, we say that America and other parties that cover up the occupation's crimes and create false justifications to perpetuate the killing and genocide must cease their bias towards the criminals and stop providing them with cover to continue their aggression and violations of all humanitarian and legal laws and conventions. It is time for the entire world to realize the extent of Zionist terrorism and hatred, which has been and remains the primary and fundamental cause of instability in the entire region. The only solution lies in ending the occupation, restoring rights to their rightful owners, and achieving full justice for the Palestinian people."

Hamas: Insistence on a Policy of Systematic Killing

For its part, the Hamas movement condemned "in the strongest terms the targeting by the Zionist occupation army of workers at the Central Kitchen Company," noting that "this crime confirms that the occupation insists on a policy of systematic killing against civilians and international and humanitarian aid teams."

The statement called on "the international community and the Security Council to condemn this heinous act and to take action to end the occupation's crimes."

وذكر أن الرابع "مجهول الهوية". وأضاف في تصريحات صحافية، صدرت عن الناطق باسمه، أنه سيُعلن عن جنسيته خلال الساعات المقبلة.

وأكد أن "الغارة الإسرائيلية على الفريق الأجنبي بدير البلح، قد أسفرت عن استشهاد سائقهم الفلسطيني".

وشدّد على أن "جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي يحاول تصدير رواية كاذبة للعالم"، مشيرا إلى أن "جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي يتعمد ارتكاب المجازر".

وأضاف أن "الجريمة التي ارتكبها الاحتلال هي رسالة للعواصم الغربية".

الفصائل الفلسطينيّة: مجزرة بحق طواقم العمل الإنسانيّ الأجانب

وقالت الفصائل الفلسطينية في بيان صدر عنها إن "الاحتلال النازي ارتكب مجزرة بحق طواقم العمل الإنساني الأجانب في المحافظة الوسطى".

وذكرت أنه "استمرارًا لحرب الإبادة الشاملة والمجازر البشعة التي لا تستثني أحدًا، أقدم طيران الاحتلال على شن غارة استهدفت موكبًا للعمل الإغاثي الإنساني في وسط قطاع غزة، الأمر الذي أدى لارتقاء عدد من شهداء الواجب الإنساني من المؤسسات الإغاثية لأصدقاء الشعب الفلسطيني الذين يقدمون الخدمات الإنسانية والإغاثية لأبناء الشعب الفلسطيني المحاصرين في قطاع غزة".

وشدّدت على أن "الغارة الجوية الغاشمة استهدفت عددًا من السيارات المصفّحة التي تحمل إشارات دوليّة معروفة لدى عودتها من منطقة اللسان البحري في المحافظة الوسطى، ما يكشف عن مستوى الإرهاب الصهيوني النازي الذي يستهدف البشر والحجر والشجر ويسعى لتدمير كل مناحي الحياة المدنية وكان آخرها قبل ساعات بتدمير ونسف وإحراق وتدمير المستشفيات، وقتل الأمل لدى شعبنا الذي يسعى لتحقيق الحرية وانتزاع حقوقه المطلوبة وتحرير أرضه والعيش بكرامة واستقلال".

وذكرت أن "هذه الجريمة البشعة هي رسالة ترهيب لكل العالم ولكل الجهود الدولية والإنسانية التي تسعى لتخفيف معاناة شعبنا جراء الحصار والعدوان".

وقالت إن ما جرى، "جريمة تستدعي جهدًا دوليًا وعالميًا، لوقف حرب الإبادة الجماعية، إذ لا يمكن وضع حد لهذا النزيف وهذه الآلآم إلا بتحرك دولي حازم لوقف إطلاق النار وإلزام حكومة الاحتلال المتطرفة بالالتزام التام بإنهاء كل أشكال العدوان والحرب والإبادة التي تمارسها أمام سمع العالم وبصره دونما اكتراث بالنداءات العالمية ومحكمة الجنايات الدولية وقرارات مجلس الأمن الدولي والمواقف والقرارات المطالبة بوقف إطلاق النار".

وأضافت الفصائل: "إننا إذ ننعى شهداء الواجب الإنساني من أصدقاء الشعب الفلسطيني العاملين في المطبخ المركزي العالمي، فإننا نقدم التعازي لذويهم وعائلاتهم ونعتبر أن هؤلاء الشهداء هم من شهداء الشعب الفلسطيني".

وقالت الفصائل: "إننا وأمام هذه الجريمة نقول إن على أميركا وغيرها من الأطراف التي تغطي على جرائم الاحتلال وتخلق المبررات الكاذبة بهدف استمرار القتل والإبادة، عليها أن تتوقف عن انحيازها للمجرمين وأن تكف عن منحهم الغطاء لاستمرار عدوانهم وتعديهم على كل القوانين والمواثيق الإنسانية والقانونية، آن الأوان ليدرك العالم كله حجم الإرهاب والحقد الصهيوني الذي كان ولا يزال السبب الرئيسي والأساسي في عدم الاستقرار في المنطقة بأسرها، وأن الحل الوحيد يكمن في إنهاء الاحتلال وزواله وإعادة الحقوق لاصحابها وتحقيق العدالة الكاملة للشعب الفلسطيني".

"حماس": إصرار على سياسة القتل الممنهَج

من جانبها، أدانت حركة "حماس"، "بأشد العبارات استهداف جيش الاحتلال الصهيوني للعاملين في شركة المطبخ المركزي العالمي"، مشيرة إلى أن "هذه الجريمة تؤكد أن الاحتلال يصرّ على سياسة القتل الممنهج ضد المدنيين وفرق الإغاثة الدولية والإنسانية".

وأضافت أن "الاحتلال يستهدف فرق الإغاثة الدولية والإنسانية لإرهاب العاملين فيها ومنعهم من مواصلة مهامهم".

وطالبت "المجتمع الدولي ومجلس الأمن، بإدانة هذا الفعل الشنيع، والتحرّك لوضع حدّ لجرائم الاحتلال".

من جانبه، قال الجيش الإسرائيليّ، في بيان، إنه "بشأن الأنباء عن الحادث المتعلّق بموظَّفي منظّمة WCK (World Central Kitchen)، في قطاع غزة، بدأ الجيش الإسرائيلي تحقيقًا معمّقًا في الحادث مِن قبل أرفع المستويات، من أجل فهم جميع ملابسات الحادث".
