With profound sorrow and grief, and with hearts resigned to God's will, I extend my deepest condolences to the Baraka family in general, and to our relative Anas Baraka in particular, on the martyrdom of his brother Fadi Baraka.

May God grant them both a place in Paradise. We ask the Almighty to have mercy on them and grant them eternal peace, and to grant their family patience and solace. "Indeed, we belong to God, and indeed, to Him we will return."
