"And never think that those who have been killed in the cause of Allah are dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision."

With profound sorrow and grief, and the anguish of loss and separation, I announce to you the martyrdom of three beloved ones: My sister's husband, the martyr Mahmoud Abdul Jawad Zaqoul; Abu al-Abd (Abu al-Aish); My sister's husband, the martyr Mahmoud Ali Zaqoul (Abu Muhammad, Abu al-Aish); and his martyred son, his only child, Muhammad Mahmoud Zaqoul, whom he had after 10 years of marriage.

Sufficient for us is Allah, and He is the best Disposer of affairs. Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we will return.

May Allah grant us patience and comfort the hearts of my dear sisters.

" ولا تحسبن الذين قتلوا في سبيل اللّه امواتا بل أحياء عند ربهم يرزقون"
