Two days ago, Karim Abdel Wadoud Al-Madhoun, a child with special needs, was on his way home east of Jabalia refugee camp when Israeli forces shot and killed him. After committing this crime, the Israeli forces justified their actions by claiming he had crossed the yellow line. The Israeli forces are preventing ambulance crews from reaching the site to retrieve his body, and it is possible they have abducted or buried his body to cover up their crime.

We reiterate that Karim was a child with special needs. His family appeals to the Red Cross to coordinate with the Israeli authorities to access the site where Karim was killed.

الطفل كريم عبد الودود المدهون من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، قبل يومين كان في طريقه إلى منزلهم شرق مخيم جباليا. وأثناء سيره في الطريق، قام الاحتلال بإطلاق النار عليه وقتله. وبعد ارتكاب هذه الجريمة، برّر الاحتلال فعلته ادعاءً بأنه اجتاز الخط الأصفر. كما يمنع الاحتلال طواقم الإسعاف من الوصول إلى المكان لانتشال جثمانه، وربما يكون قد قام باختطاف الجثمان أو دفنه للتغطية على جريمته.
