On Sunday evening, March 1, the Syrian Civil Defense teams of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and Disaster Management responded to an incident involving a warhead that landed in a residential area of Ain Tarma, in the Damascus countryside. The incident, a result of ongoing regional events, resulted in minor injuries to a man and his three children.

The Ministry of Emergency Situations and Disaster Management urges citizens to adhere to the following safety guidelines:

Do not approach any unfamiliar object or falling debris.

Take shelter inside buildings upon hearing explosions.

Stay away from windows and exposed rooftops.

Do not gather in groups or go to areas where debris has fallen.

Report any fires caused by falling warheads.

Report any suspicious objects to the relevant authorities.

Follow instructions issued by official authorities to ensure your safety.
