Missions carried out by the General Directorate of Civil Defense personnel at the Ministry of Interior and Municipalities as a result of the Israeli airstrikes that targeted Lebanon during the night of September 28-29, up to the present time:

Sidon District:

- Search and rescue operations continue in the Ain El Delb area following the collapse of a four-story residential building with two underground levels, targeted by an Israeli airstrike at approximately 4:45 PM. Several bodies of martyrs have been recovered, a number of wounded have been rescued, and the search continues for those missing under the rubble.

Southern Suburbs of Beirut:

- Following the Israeli airstrike that targeted a residential building in the Ghobeiri area at approximately 3:00 PM, ambulance teams from the General Directorate of Civil Defense transported an injured person to Al Sahel Hospital.

- Search and rescue operations and a comprehensive field survey are still underway at the site of the Israeli airstrike that targeted the Chiyah neighborhood/Mar Mikhael Church, where the body of a martyr was recovered.

- In the Bir El Abed neighborhood, the search continues for a citizen missing under the rubble.

Firefighting:

- Fires that broke out in two houses in Mreijeh, near Al Mustafa School, have been extinguished. - A fire in a car, an electrical room, and a shop in Hawta al-Ghadir was extinguished.

Tyre District:

Relief and Rescue:

- Search and rescue operations and a comprehensive field survey concluded after the recovery of the bodies of 9 martyrs (Civil Defense operations) from the site of the Israeli airstrike that targeted the al-Kharab neighborhood in Tyre. The bodies were transferred to Jabal Amel Hospital in cooperation with other emergency services.

- The bodies of two martyrs were recovered from the site of the Israeli airstrike that targeted the town of Marwahin (they were transported to hospitals by other parties).
- Injured individuals were transported to hospitals as a result of the Israeli shelling of the town of Burj Awdi in Tyre.

- Three injured individuals were transported from the al-Marj neighborhood to the hospital.

Firefighting:
- A fire resulting from an Israeli airstrike on the town of al-Sarafand was extinguished, resulting in 8 injuries.
- Firefighting operations continue inside a residential apartment in al-Abbasiya, and 8 injured individuals have been evacuated.
- A house in Jouya was extinguished, and injured individuals were evacuated.
- Fires that broke out in the town of Burj Awdi as a result of the Israeli aggression were extinguished. Public Services

A road that was cut off by an Israeli airstrike on the so-called "Al-Hara" area near the Tyre Maritime Rescue Center has been reopened.

- 6 houses (2 in Haboush and 1 in Nabatieh)
- A house fire in Doueir extinguished, and the body of a martyr and one wounded person transported
- A house fire in Al-Musaylih extinguished, and wounded person transported
- 5 cars damaged in an airstrike in front of Tebnine Governmental Hospital

Relief and Rescue:

- The body of a martyr recovered and two wounded people rescued in the town of Abba. - Recovering the bodies of 3 martyrs

Public Services/Nabatieh Region:

- Securing water, in cooperation with the South Lebanon Water Authority, to neighboring villages.
- Providing quantities of bread bundles to the government building from the Sidon government building for displaced persons.

West Bekaa:
- Rescuing an injured woman from under the rubble in Ali al-Nahri.
- Extinguishing a brush fire in Ali al-Nahri.
- Recovering the bodies of 3 martyrs in Jib Jannine.
Public Services/All Regional and Member Centers: Providing water to shelters for displaced persons in several Lebanese regions.

Injuries among Civil Defense personnel:

Three Civil Defense personnel (an operational employee from the Ghobeiri 1 Center, an operational employee, and a volunteer from the Abbasiyeh Center) sustained injuries as a result of the Israeli airstrikes and were transported to the hospital to receive the necessary treatment.

قضاء صيدا:
- استمرار عمليات البحث والإنقاذ في منطقة عين الدلب اثر انهيار مبنى سكني مؤلف من ٤ طبقات وطبقتين تحت الارض استهدفته غارة إسرائيلية قرابة الساعة ١٦،٤٥ وانتشال عدد من جثامين شهداء وإنقاذ عدد من الجرحى وبحث عن مفقودين تحت الانقاض.
ضاحية بيروت الجنوبية :
-إثر الغارة الإسرائيلية التي استهدفت احد المباني السكنية في منطقة الغبيري قرابة الساعة الثالثة بعد الظهر عملت فرق الإسعاف التابعة إلى المديرية العامة للدفاع المدني على نقل مصاب الى مستشفى الساحل.
- إلى ذلك لا زالت عمليات البحث والإنقاذ والمسح الميداني الشامل في موقع الغارة الإسرائيلية التي استهدفت محلة الشياح /كنيسة مار مخايل حيث تم انتشال جثمان شهيد.
- أما في محلة بئر العبد فلا يزال البحث جاريا عن مواطن مفقود تحت الانقاض.
إطفاء :
-إخماد النيران التي اندلعت داخل منزلين في المريجة قرب مدرسة المصطفى.
-إخماد حريق سيارة وغرفة كهرباء ومحل في تحويطة الغدير.
قضاء صور :
إغاثة وانقاذ :
- إنتهاء عمليات البحث والإنقاذ والمسح الميداني الشامل بعد انتشال جثامين ٩ شهداء (حصيلة عمليات الدفاع المدني) من موقع الغارة الإسرائيلية التي استهدفت محلة الخراب - صور، ونقل الجثامين الى مستشفى جبل عامل بالتعاون مع جهات اسعافية أخرى.
- انتشال جثماني شهيدين من موقع الغارة الإسرائيلية التي استهدفت بلدة مروحين (نقلوا بواسطة جهات أخرى الى المستشفيات)
- نقل مصابين الى المستشفيات أصيبوا جراء القصف الاسرائيلي على بلدة برج عودي-صور.
- نقل ٣ مصابين من محلة المرج الى المستشفى.
إطفاء :
-إطفاء حريق نتيجة غارة إسرائيلية على بلدة الصرفند وسقوط ٨ جرحى
-تستمر عمليات الاطفاء داخل شقة سكنية في العباسية وسحب جرحى عدد ٨
-اطفاء منزل في جويا وسحب جرحى
- إخماد النيران التي اندلعت في بلدة برج عودي نتيجة العدوان الإسرائيلي.

إعادة فتح طريق قطعت بسبب غارة إسرائيلية على ما يسمى بالحارة بالقرب من مركز صور للإنقاذ البحري.

- إنقاذ جريحة من تحت الانقاض في علي النهري
- إخماد حريق أعشاب في علي النهري
- انتشال جثامين ٣ شهداء في جب جنين
خدمات عامة/كافة المراكز الإقليمية والعضوية : تأمين المياه الى مراكز إيواء النازحين في العديد من المناطق اللبنانية.
اصابات في صفوف عناصر الدفاع المدني:
تعرض ٣ عناصر من الدفاع المدني (موظف عملاني من عديد مركز الغبيري ١ وموظف عملاني ومتطوع من عديد مركز العباسية) لإصابات جراء الغارات الإسرائيلية ونقلوا الى المستشفى لتلقي العلاج اللازم.
