"Condolences on the martyrdom of our colleague Mahmoud Alayan and his family in Gaza today"
November 21, 2023
With profound sorrow and grief, and with hearts resigned to God's will, the General Authority for Civil Affairs, represented by its Chairman, His Excellency Minister Hussein Al-Sheikh, and His Excellency Undersecretary Ayman Qandil, and all its employees, extends its deepest condolences to the Alayan family on the martyrdom of their son, our colleague at the Authority, Mahmoud Abdul Aziz Saleh Alayan, along with his wife, children, parents, and siblings, today, as a result of the barbaric aggression and bombing by the occupation forces of a residential tower in Nuseirat, Gaza Strip.
We pray to God Almighty to grant His mercy to the deceased and all the martyrs of the Palestinian people, and to grant patience and solace to their families and loved ones, the esteemed Alayan family. Glory and eternity to the righteous martyrs. To God we belong and to Him we shall return.

ببالغ من الحزن والأسى وقلوب مؤمنة بقضاء الله وقدره ، تتقدم الهيئة العامة للشؤون المدنية ممثلة برئيسها معالي الوزير حسين الشيخ وعطوفة الوكيل ايمن قنديل وكافة موظفي الهيئة ، بأحر التعازي والمواساة من آل عليان بإستشهاد ابنهم ، وزميلنا في الهيئة الشهيد " محمود عبد العزيز صالح عليان " وزوجته وأبنائه ووالده ووالدته وإخوانه اليوم ، جراء العدوان والقصف الهمجي من قبل الاحتلال لبرج سكني في النصيرات بقطاع غزة .
آملين من الله عز وجل ان يتغمد الفقيد وكافة شهداء الشعب الفلسطيني بواسع رحمته ، ويلهم أهلهم وذويهم آل عليان الكرام الصبر والسلوان ،، المجد والخلود للشهداء الابرار ،، انا لله وانا اليه راجعون
