Martyrs of Knowledge... In God's Care

With profound sorrow and grief, and with patient hearts, Imam Al-Jawad High School mourns its martyred students, Hussein Shukr and his sister, Ghazal Shukr, and their mother, who were killed today in the brutal attack on their home.

Hussein and Ghazal have departed from their classrooms to the eternal abode, leaving behind an unhealed wound in the hearts of their teachers and classmates, and a lasting, cherished memory.

May God have mercy on their pure souls, and grant patience and peace to their family and loved ones.

بمزيد من الحزن والأسى، وبقلوبٍ صابرة، تنعى ثانوية الإمام الجواد(ع) طلابها الشهيدين حسين شكر وشقيقته غزل شكر، ووالدتهما، الذين ارتقوا اليوم جراء العدوان الغاشم على منزلهم.
لقد غادرنا "حسين وغزل" من مقاعد الدراسة إلى رحاب الخلود، تاركين في قلوب أساتذتهم وزملائهم جرحاً لن يندمل، وذكراً طيّباً لا يغيب.
الرحمة لأرواحهم الطاهرة، والصبر والسكينة لعائلتهم ومحبّيهم
