Al-Furat Correspondent: SDF Launches Midnight Raids in Eastern Raqqa, Calling for Important Meeting

Media sources reported that the SDF, with support from the International Coalition, launched a raid after midnight in the Al-Hawas area, east of Raqqa province. The raids targeted several homes amidst heavy coalition air activity and gunfire.

The sources added that the operation resulted in the arrest of two individuals: Abdul Jabbar Al-Sawadi and Abdullah Al-Sawadi.

In a related development, the SDF sent a circular to tribal sheikhs and dignitaries in Raqqa province, inviting them to attend what it described as an "important" meeting today, Thursday, in the city of Tabqa.

أفادت مصادر إعلامية بأن قوات "قسـ ـد"، وبمساندة من التـ ـحالف الدولي، نفذت حملة مداهمـ ـات بعد منتصف الليل في منطقة الحوس شرقي محافظة الرقة، استهـ ـدفت عدداً من المنازل وسط تحلـ ـيق مكثف لطائرات التحـ ـالف وإطـ ـلاق رشـ ـقات من الرصـ ـاص.
وأضافت المصادر أن الحمـ ـلة أسفـ ـرت عن اعتقـ ـال شخصين هما: عبد الجبار السوادي وعبد الله السوادي.
وفي سياق متصل أرسلت "قسـ د" تعميماً إلى شيوخ ووجهاء العشائر في محافظة الرقة، دعتهم فيه إلى حضور اجتماع وصفته بـ"الهام"، اليوم الخميس في مدينة الطبقة.
