With hearts filled with pain and sorrow, we heard the news of the martyrdom of the brave Mr. Hafiz Bustani, an Afghan refugee citizen from Parwan Province, Salang District, Ahangaran Village
in the heartbreaking incident in Tehran, Quds Square, Tajrish, due to the bombs of the Zionist regime. This bitter and unfortunate loss has saddened our hearts and undoubtedly no words can soothe our deep sorrow.
As a free and honorable man, he sacrificed his life in the path of honesty of faith and defense of Islam for great human ideals. No words are enough to express this sorrow, except to say

I ask God to grant the deceased forgiveness and peace in Paradise

با دل‌های مملو از درد و اندوه خبر شهادت جانگداز جناب آقای حفیظ بوستانی یکی از شهروندان مهاجر افغان از ولایت پروان ولسوالی سالنگ قریه آهنگران
در حادثه دلخراش تهران میدان قدس تجریش بر اثر بمب‌های رژیم صهیونیستی به گوش ما رسید این ضایعه تلخ و ناگوار قلب‌های ما را به سوگ نشاند و بی‌تردید هیچ کلمه‌ای نمی‌تواند اندوه عمیق ما را تسکین دهد.
ایشان به عنوان یک انسان آزاده و پر افتخار جان خود را در مسیر صداقت ایمان و دفاع از اسلام فدای آرمان‌های بزرگ انسانی کرد هیچ کلامی برای بیان این غم کافی نیست، جز این که بگوییم
انا لله و انا الیه راجعون.
مرگ بر اسرائیل این حادثه دلخراش به یاد ما می‌آورد که چگونه ظلم و ستم رژیم صهیونیستی بر انسان‌های بی‌گناه ادامه دارد
این مصیبت بزرگ وجان سوز را تسلیت عرض می‌کنم
خدمت خانواده محترم بوستانی و تمامی اقارب وبستگان
از درگاه خداوند برای مرحوم مغفرت و آرامش در بهشت برین مسئلت دارم
