Hasakah Governorate: On Saturday evening, special units of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) launched a large-scale security operation in the neighborhoods of Hasakah city, which continued until the early morning hours. The operation targeted ISIS cells.
The operation was supported by ground and air forces from the International Coalition. Prior to the operation, all entrances and exits to the city were completely closed to ensure a tight security cordon and prevent any suspects from escaping.
