And do not think that those who were killed in the cause of Allah are dead. Rather, they are alive with their Lord, receiving provision.

Martyrdom of a member of the family:
Dr. Salah al-Din Muhammad Awad Zannoun (Abu Ahmad), and his wife, the martyr I'timad Miqdad (Umm Ahmad), and their children:
Dr. Ahmad Salah al-Din Zannoun,
Saif al-Din Salah al-Din Zannoun,
Ihab Salah al-Din Zannoun,
Karima Salah al-Din Zannoun, and his nephew, the martyr Muhammad Musa Zannoun. Glory, eternity, mercy, and forgiveness be upon the righteous martyrs.
Our deepest condolences to the members of our honorable family. May Allah grant you patience and reward you for your loss, and may He have mercy on our martyrs and grant them spacious gardens in Paradise.
Indeed, we belong to Allah, and indeed, to Him we will return.

وَلَا تَحْسَبَنَّ الَّذِينَ قُتِلُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ أَمْوَاتًا بَلْ أَحْيَاءٌ عِنْدَ رَبِّهِمْ يُرْزَقُونَ .
