#Damascus The International Coalition forces, along with the SDF, arrested Ahmed Abdullah al-Masoud al-Badri during a raid in the city of al-Dumayr, northeast of Damascus, at dawn yesterday. Al-Badri was one of the ISIS leaders who returned to al-Dumayr after the fall of the regime.
