In the Name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
With hearts that believe in God's will and destiny, and with souls that God has strengthened with patience and steadfastness, the Al-Mahaqri family mourns with deep sorrow and grief the loss of their beloved uncle and father, and prominent national figure, Moeen Hashim Al-Mahaqri, Minister of Economy, Industry, and Investment. He ascended to heaven as a martyr, God willing, a victim of the brutal Israeli airstrikes that targeted the capital, Sana'a.
My uncle, may God have mercy on him, was like a father, a beacon to his family, and a support to his brothers and sons. He was an example of a patriotic, zealous man who devoted his life to serving his country and people. He was truly an ambassador of giving and loyalty.
Your pure body has departed us, my beloved uncle, but your fragrant memory will remain a beacon in our hearts, and your pure blood will bear witness to your heroism and loyalty to this nation. You sacrificed your pure soul for the dignity of our people and the pure soil of our homeland. We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who stood with us during our great loss. We ask God Almighty to bestow His vast mercy upon him and to grant him a place in His spacious gardens with the prophets, the truthful, the martyrs, and the righteous. We also ask God to inspire us, his family, and his relatives with patience and solace. {Indeed, we belong to God, and indeed, to Him we shall return.}

بقلوب مؤمنة بقضاء الله وقدره، وبنفوس عزها الله بالصبر والثبات، تنعى أسرة المحاقري بمزيد من الأسى والحزن فقيدها الغالي
العم و الأب الأثير، والشخصية الوطنية البارزة، معين هاشم المحاقري
وزير الاقتصاد والصناعة والاستثمار، الذي ارتقى إلى العلا شهيداً بإذن الله، ضحيةً للغارات الإسرائيلية الغاشمة التي استهدفت العاصمة صنعاء.
لقد كان عمي رحمه الله، بمثابة الأب ،نبراساً لأسرته، وعوناً لإخوته وأبنائه، وكان مثالاً للرجل الوطني الغيور الذي وهب حياته لخدمة وطنه وشعبه، فكان بحقٍّ سفيراً للعطاء والإخلاص.
لقد غادرنا جسدك الطاهر، يا عمي الحبيب، لكن ذكراك العطرة ستبقى نبراساً في قلوبنا، ودمك الزكي سيكون شاهداً على بطولتك ووفائك لهذا الوطن. لقد قدّمت روحك الطاهرة فداءً لكرامة شعبنا وتراب وطننا الطاهر.
نتقدّم بالشكر الجزيل لكل من وقف معنا في مصابنا الجلل، ونسأل المولى عز وجل أن يتغمده بواسع رحمته ويسكنه فسيح جناته مع النبيين والصديقين والشهداء والصالحين، وأن يلهمنا وأهله وذويه جميل الصبر وحسن العزاء.
