Ahmed Abu Aisha, a correspondent for Palestine Today TV, was killed as a result of an Israeli airstrike targeting a group of civilians in the Al-Sawarah area, west of the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip.
- The Palestinian Journalists Syndicate confirmed that the martyrdom of Ahmed Abu Aisha "constitutes a new crime in the Israeli occupation's dark record against the truth."
- With Abu Aisha's martyrdom, the number of journalists killed since the beginning of the genocidal war in the Gaza Strip has risen to 229.
