"They killed you, shame of their guns!"

And they didn't know that childhood cannot be killed. A sun will rise to expose their shame, thunder will roar to terrify them, and a wave will sweep away the peace of their nights.

Nargis, our martyred child... innocent dreams... they took you away...
They slaughtered the green hope...
And cut down a rose that had blossomed.
Your morning was not good,
And it was sweeter than sugar!

Nargis, our schoolgirl,
The tragedy is painful, and your loss is irreplaceable.
We will miss you and remember you every day, our pure angel and our messenger to the children of Paradise. Tell them about the ruthless enemy who shattered your innocence with iron and fire.
And ask for vengeance for your childhood from the Almighty, the Compeller.

With hearts wrung with pain, we extend our deepest condolences and sympathies to the family of the martyr Nargis Halal, and we ask God to grant them patience and solace. To God we belong and to Him we shall return.
And may God's curse be upon the oppressors.

ولم يدروا أنّ الطفولة لا تُقتٰل، ستظهر شمساً لتكشف عارهم، ستهدر رعداً يرعبهم، وموجاً يمحق أنس لياليهم.
نرجس، يا طفلتنا الشهيدة...يا احلاماً بريئة..غيبوكِ..
نحروا الأمل الأخضر..
وقطعوا ورداً قد زهّر
لم يكن صباحك خيراً
وكان أحلى من السكّر!
نرجس، تلميذة مدرستنا،
المصاب أليم، وفقدك لا يعوّض
سنشتاقك ونذكرك كل يوم يا ملاكنا الطاهر ورسولتنا إلى أطفال الجنة، احكي لهم عن عدوّ غاشم هشّم براءتك بالحديد والنار
واطلبي الثأر لطفولتك من العزيز الجبار.
بقلوب يعتصرها الألم نتقدم من اهل الشهيدة نرجس حلال بخالص العزاء والمواساة ونسأل الله لهم الصبر والسلوان.
إنّا لله وإنّا إليه راجعون
ولعنة الله على الظالمين.
