This morning, special forces affiliated with the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), with direct support from the International Coalition, carried out two simultaneous security operations via airdrops in the villages of Takihi and Al-Atal in the eastern Deir ez-Zor countryside, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

The Observatory reported that the joint forces deployed heavily within the two villages, closing all entrances and exits, amidst intensive helicopter activity. Loudspeakers broadcast calls urging residents to remain in their homes. The operation lasted for several hours, and no confirmed reports of arrests have been received so far.

وذكر المرصد أن القـ.ـوات المشتركة انتشرت بكثافة داخل القريتين، وأغلقت جميع المداخل والمخارج، وسط تحليق مكثّف للطـ.ـيران المروحي، فيما وُجّهت نداءات عبر مكبرات الصوت تطلب من الأهالي البقاء في منازلهم. واستمرت العمـ.ـلية لساعات، دون ورود معلومات مؤكدة عن توقـ.ـيف أشخاص حتى الآن.
