When the news arrives of the martyrdom of your wife's second brother, the uncle of your children, along with his wife and children, and you hear the first cry from your wife, "I wish I hadn't traveled," and then your children echo the same cry, "I wish I hadn't traveled." May God grant you patience, my dear, and reward your patience with good. There is no power nor strength except with God.

We, the people of Gaza, have hardship written on our foreheads, wherever we go and wherever we are. God is sufficient for us, and He is the best disposer of affairs.
