Two days ago in Raqqa, during a joint airdrop operation between the International Coalition forces and the SDF militia at the Yarmouk farm north of Raqqa, two minors, Muhammad Ali al-Hussein al-Ramadan and his brother Khalid, both under 18 years old, were arrested. According to sources close to the matter, they had no prior affiliation with any faction. Their home and 50 million Syrian pounds were also stolen.
