An international coalition airdrop this morning in the village of al-Jarijsa in the southern Hama countryside targeted a young man named Fatrawi, who was a prisoner in Lebanon's Roumieh prison. This led to a clash between him and coalition forces and Syrian General Security. He chose killing over arrest and was killed by the coalition.
He is said to be a senior ISIS leader, Abdul Rahman al-Halabi.
He was allegedly involved in the 2013 bombing of the Iranian embassy in Lebanon.

إنزال جوي للتحالف الدولي صباح اليوم في قرية الجريجسة بريف حماة الجنوبي استهدف شاب يدعى فطراوي كان سجينا في سجن رومية اللبناني ما ادى لوقوع اشتباك بينه وبين قوات التحالف والامن العام السوري وفضل القتل على الاعتقال وقُتل على يد التحالف.
يقال انه قائد كبير في تنظيم الدولة

يزعم أنه كان متورطًا في تفجير السفارة الإيرانية في لبنان عام 2013.
