With profound sorrow and grief, we received the news of the martyrdom of the mother of our friend and brother, Ahmed Faisal Akila, Hajja Umm Munther Akila, who was killed along with her son's wife and daughter, and our brother Kamel, in a brutal Israeli airstrike last night.

A loving mother to us all, we ask God Almighty to have mercy on her soul, grant her a place in Paradise, and give us patience and solace.

To God we belong, and to Him we shall return.

‎الأم الحنونة لنا جميعاً ، نسأل الله تعالى أن يتغمدها بواسع رحمته، ويسكنها فسيح جناته، ويلهمنا الصبر والسلوان.
