"To God we belong and to Him we shall return."

I find no words to mourn you, nor any expression to describe what we feel now at your loss. We waited so long for a reunion with you, despite our deep fear of this day. But such is life, and God's will is above all things.

We always longed for your embrace, to hear your gentle voice and your fragrant spirituality, for your love for the family of the Prophet, for your tenderness, for your boundless love. Tears burn our eyes at your loss, my beloved, my dearest possession, and our hearts are broken without mercy. It pains me to mourn you, our soul. Until we meet again, Dad, in the Gardens of Eternity and Bliss with your companions and friends who preceded you, with your companion on this path, the martyr Abu Anas al-Hasani, with my martyred cousins, with your loved ones for whom you wept from the depths of your heart.

Where do I begin, my soul's essence? My whole life! We stayed up night after night, and you hastened your departure. I know, by God, how much life away from us exhausted you, and how much you longed to become the greatest journalist. You truly attained the highest ranks. Were it not for God's mercy upon us, we would have lost our minds from the enormity of this calamity. O purest of girls, sweetest in spirit and beauty, God is more merciful to you than we are. He chose you to be within His mercy and grace. May God have mercy on you, our flower.

Always, Ahmed, you yearned for martyrdom, and longed to have your scent like musk at the end of your life. And now you have attained it, our heart and soul. I awaited your kind soul and precious heart to meet them, and to hear your wonderful laughter. You hastened your departure, my beloved, despite your insistence on marriage. Congratulations, my soul's soul. We were even denied a final farewell, a final embrace, and a meeting with your radiant souls.

Congratulations on this great martyrdom. Our meeting will be in the hereafter, my beloved ones.

لا أجَد أي كلماتٍ لنرثيكُم، ولا أجَد أي تعبِير يصِف ما نشعُر به الآن لفقَدِكُم، والله انتظَرنا طَويلاً لقاءً يجَمع شمَلنا بكم رغَم خوفنا الشديد من مجيء هذا اليوم ، ولكَنها الحَياة و قَدر الله فوقَ كُل شيء.

لَطالما انتظرنَا عنَاقك، لسمَاع صوتَك الندي ولروَحانياتك العَطرة، لعِشقك لآل بيت رسُول الله ، لحَنانك ، لحِبك اللا منتهي ، الدَمعُ أحرق عيوننا لفقدك يا حبيبي يا أعز ما أملك والقَلب انفطر بلا رَحمة ، والله يعزُّ عليَّ أن أرثيك يا روحنا ، إلى اللقَاء يا بابا في جَنات الخُلد والنعَيم مع صَحبك ورفاقك الذين سبقوك ، مع رفيق دربك الشَهيد أبو أنس الحَسني ، مع أولاد عَمي الشُهداء ، مع أحبائك الذين بكيتَهم من قَلبك.

من أَين أبدأ يا روح الروح؟ ، يا كُل العُمر ! سهرنا الليالي والليالي، استعجَلتِ الرحَيل ، أعلم والله كم أَنهكتك الحَياة بعيداً عنا ، وكَم كنت تتوقين لتصبحِي أعظم صحفية، أنت والله نلتِ أعظم الدرجَات ، لولا رحمة الله بنا لفقدَنا صَوابنا من عظم البَلاء، يا أنَقى الفتيات وأحلَاهن روحاً وجَمالاً، الله أرحَم بك منا ، اصطفاكِ لتَكوني بين رَحمته و فَضله ، رَحمك الله يا زهَرتنا

دائماً يا أحمد كنت تتوق لنيل الشَهادة، وتتوق لتكون رائحتك مثل المسَك في ختَام حياتك، ها قَد نلتها يا قلبنا وروحنا ، انتظرت رُوحك الطَيبة وقلبك الثمين لألقاهم، ولسماع ضَحكاتك الرائعة، استعجَلت الرحَيل يا حبيبي ، بالرغم من الحاحك على الزواج ، هنيئاً يا روح الروح
حُرمنَا حتى من ودَاعكم الأَخير، ومن عناقِكم الأخير، ومن لقاء أرَواحكم البراقة.
هنيئاً لكُم تلك الشَهادة العَظيمة، موعِدنا في الآخرة يا أحباب قلبي وروحي .
