Who was Hashem al-Raslan, killed in a coalition airstrike in al-Tamanah, Idlib countryside?

Hashem Mahyou al-Qaddour, known as "Hashem al-Raslan," was killed in an airstrike that targeted his home in the town of al-Tamanah in southern Idlib countryside.

Local sources indicated that the airstrike was carried out by a drone, likely belonging to the international coalition, and resulted in al-Raslan's death amidst rising plumes of smoke from the site.

Al-Raslan had previously belonged to a faction that pledged allegiance to ISIS before returning to Idlib more than six years ago after leaving al-Hol camp. He resided for a time in displacement camps in northwestern Syria before settling again in his village.

The Idlib region, which is under the control of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham, is witnessing a significant presence of former and current ISIS leaders and members, in addition to members of various jihadist organizations.

وكان الرسـ ـلان قد انتمى سابقاً إلى إحدى الفصـ ـائل التي بايـ ـعت د..ا..عـ ـش، قبل أن يعود إلى #إدلب منذ أكثر من ست سنوات بعد خـ ـروجـ ـه من #مخيم_الهول، وأقام لفترة في مخيـ ـمـ ـات النـ ـزوح #شمال_غرب_سوريا قبل أن يستقر مجدداً في قريته.
هذا وتشهد مناطق إدلب الخـ ـاضـ ـعة لسيـ ـطرة هيـ ـئة تحـ ـرير الشـ ـام توجداً مكثفاً لقيـ ـادات وعنـ ـاصر سابقة وحالية ضمن صـ ـفوف د..ا..عـ ـش، إلى جانب عنـ ـاصـ ـر من تـ ـنـ ـظـ ـيمـ ـات جهـ ـاديـ ـة عديدة.
